trice, posizionare i piedi di ap-
poggio.
Utilizzare solo ricambi originali.
Gli utensili con cui viene equipaggiata la
macchina sono adatti per la lavorazione
di un terreno di normale conformazione.
Controllare giornalmente l'usura e l'inte-
grità degli utensili.

Se si notano consumi non regolari o rottu-
re, procedere subito alla sostituzione.
Il lato tagliente degli utensili dovrà essere
comunque orientato nel senso di rotazio-
ne del rotore ("Fig. 52").
• Per una sostituzione parziale: oltre alla
coppia di utensili (o mazza) usurati o rot-
ti, occorre sostituire la coppia di utensili
(o mazza) diametralmente opposta. Non
modificare l'equilibratura del rotore.
• Per una sostituzione totale: leggere diffe-
renze di peso dei pezzi sono inevitabili.
Pesare i singoli blocchi utensili, selezio-
nando delle coppie dello stesso peso.
Queste coppie devono essere montate
sul rotore in posizioni diametralmente
opposte.

CANTI
A regolazione avvenuta controllare che ri-
manga un piccolo gioco assiale (1-2 mm)
fra i gli utensili ed i supporti.
Verificare l'equilibratura del rotore:
• Collegare la trattrice.
• Sollevare la macchina dal suolo.
• Aumentare lentamente la velocità della
presa di forza, fino ad arrivare alla velo-
cità di regime.
• Se la riparazione è stata eseguita corret-
tamente il rotore deve girare alla velocità
di regime senza sensibili vibrazioni.

The tools with which the machine is equip-
ped are suitable for the processing of a
plot of normal conformation.
Check daily wear and integrity of the tools.
If non regular consumptions or breakups
are noticed, immediately to proceed to the
substitution.
The cutting edge of the tools must howe-
ver be oriented in the direction of rotation
of the rotor ("Fig 52").
• For a partial replacement: besides the
couple of utensils (or club) usurati or bro-
ken, it needs to diametrically replace the
couple of utensils (or club) opposite. Do
not change the balance of the rotor.
• For a full replacement: light differences of
weight of the pieces are inevitable. Weigh
the individual blocks tools, selecting the
pairs of the same weight. These couples
are to be mounted on the rotor in diame-
trically opposed positions.

To verify the balancing of the rotor:
• Connect the tractor.
• To lift the car from the ground.
• To slowly increase the speed of the taking
of strength, thin to reach the speed of re-
gime.
• If the repair is successful the rotor must
turn at full speed without vibration sensi-
tive.
