Replace the breakers fascia/front cover as
indicated elsewhere in this section.
8. Ensure the fascia is aligned properly with the
trip unit and the pad lock features of the breaker.
9. Fasten the 6 mounting screws of fascia with
the housing using a Pozidrive screwdriver. Apply
torque of 6 Nm (4.42ft-lbs) (Fig. 7).
Breaker key lock Operation:
Use the following procedure to operate the
padlock:
1. Depress the OFF pushbutton on the breaker
front Fascia and extend/pull the breaker padlock
lever to its' outer position.
2. With the padlock level extended , rotate one
or more of the the keys anticlockwise. The key
can then be removed thus locking the breaker in
it's open position.
3. With padlock lever extended, insert the key
and rotate in clockwise to unlock.

7. Remettre en place la face avant du

8. Ensure the fascia is aligned properly with the
trip unit and the pad lock features of the breaker.
9. Serrer les vis de fixation de la face avant à
l'aide d'un tournevis Pozidrive. Appliquer un
couple de 6 Nm (4.42ft-lbs) (Fig. 7).
Verrouillage du disjoncteur:
Suivre les instructions suivantes pour le
verrouillage du disjoncteur :
1. Appuyer sur le bouton OFF de la face avant
du disjoncteur puis déplier le levier du
cadenassage jusqu'à sa position sortie.
2. Avec le levier déplié, faire tourner une ou
plusieurs clés dans le sens contraire des aiguilles
d'une montre. La clé peut alors être retirée, ce
qui verrouille le disjoncteur en position ouverte.
3. Pour déverrouiller, insérer la clef et tourner la
dans le sens horaire (avec le levier déplié).

8. Controleer dat de fascia op een juiste manier
geplaatst is in lijn met de beveiligingsunit en de
vergrendellingen.
9. Draai de 6 schroeven in de afdekkap met een
kruiskopschroevendraaier vast en gebruik
hiervoor een kracht van 6Nm ( 4.42 ft-lbs)
Werking:
Doorloop de onderstaande procedure voor de
werking.
1. Druk op de UIT-knop op de voorkant van de
schakelaar en trek de
hangslotvergrendelingplaat naar voren.
2. Draai nu 1 of meer sleutels in tegengestelde
klokrichting tot dat deze niet verder kan. De
schakelaar is nu vergrendeld in de openpositie
3. Met de hangslotvergrendellingsplaat naar
voren/ in uitgetrokken positie, draai nu de castel
key sleutelvergrendeling met de klok mee om
het geheel te ontgrendelen of vrij te geven.
