Introduction
4.4.2.2 Castell Lock Kit
The breaker key lock is an optional accessory,
which will keep the breaker in trip free state
while locked.
Maximum 1 key of Castell type can be used.
All EntelliGuard Devices can be equipped with
only one Castell lock, that when fitted as
indicated allow to lock the device in its open
position.
Breaker key lock installation:
1. Turn the breaker off and discharge the
closing springs by depressing the OFF and ON
buttons in the sequence OFF-ON-OFF.
Verify that the breaker OFF-ON indicator shows
OFF on a green background and that the charge
indicator shows DISCHARGE on a white
background.
If installing in a draw-out type breaker remove
breaker from adaptor (cassette) before
continuing.
2. Loosen the 6 screws on front cover (fascia)
using a Pozidrive screw driver as shown in Fig.1.
3. Rotate the charging handle down and slide the
front cover over the handle to remove the front
cover as shown in Fig. 2.
4.
Fix the cam with the Castell lock with the
screw and nuts provided along with the kit as
shown in Fig. 3.
5. Fix the Lock assy on the mounting Bracket as
shown in Fig. 4.
6. Fix the mounting bracket assembly in breaker
using the nuts provided as shown in Fig. 5a & 5b.

e verrouillage Castell
Ce kit est un accessoire optionnel qui empèche
la fermeture du disjoncteur lorsqu'il est
verrouillé.
Un maximum de 1 clef de type Castell peut être
utilisé.
Tous les appareils EntelliGuard peuvent être
équipés un verrou Castell qui, lorsqu'il est installé
comme indiqué, permet de verrouiller l'appareil
en position ouverte.
Installation du kit de verrouillage :
1. Ouvrir le disjoncteur et décharger les ressorts
du mécanisme en appyant sur les boutons de
commande dans l'ordre suivant : OFF-ON-OFF.
Vérifier que les voyants indiquent "OFF" sur fond
vert et « Ressorts déchargés » sur fond blanc.
Si l'installation doit se faire sur une version
débrochable, retirer la partie mobile de la partie
fixe avant de continuer.
2. Dévisser les 6 vis à l'aide d'un tournevis
Pozidrive comme indiqué sur les Fig 1.

3 Abaisser le levier d'armement et faire glisser la
face avant par-dessus le levier pour le retirer,
comme indiqué dans la Fig. 2.
4. Fixer la came sur le verrou Castell à l'aide des
vis et écrous de fixation fournis avec le kit,
comme indiqué sur la Fig. 3.
5. Fixer le verrou sur la bride comme indiqué sur
la Fig. 4.
6. Fixer l'ensemble monté sur le disjoncteur à
l'aide des écrous fournis comme indiqué dans
les Fig. 5a et 5b.

4.4.2.2 Sleutelvergrendelling
Castel key
De Castell key sleutelvergrendeling is een optie
welke voorkomt dat de breaker kan worden
ingeschakeld tijdens een geopende positie.
Er kan maximaal 1 Castel key interlock geplaatst
worden.
Alle Entelliguard breakers kunnen uitgebreid
worden met maximal 1 Castel key interlock,
welke de breaker kan vergrendelen in zijn open
positie.
Sleutelvergrendelling installatie:
1. Zet de schakelaar in de Uit stand, zorg dat de
veer ontspannen is door op de OFF en ON
knoppen te drukken in de volgorde UIT-AAN-UIT.
Controleer op de standindicator dat deze UIT
aangeeft ( groene achtergrond ) , en dat de veer
gespannen indicator Ontspannen aangeeft
(witte achtergrond) . Bij installatie op een
uitrijdbare uitvoering dient men het beweegbare
deel uit de cassette te rijden.
2. Draai de 6 schroeven los mbv een
kruisschroevendraaier van de afdekkap ( fascia )
zoals getoond in fig. 1

3. Haal de voorspanhendel naar beneden zodat
de afdekkap eenvoudig verwijderd kan
worden.zie fig.2
4. Bevestig de cam met de meegeleverde
schroeven in de kit zoals aangegeven in fig.3
5. Monteer het slotgedeelte op de montageplaat
zoals aangegeven in fig.4
6. Bevestig de montagebeugel in de breaker
zoals aangegeven in fig. 5A&5B.
7. Plaats de afdekkap van de breaker terug
zoals omschreven voorgaand.
Removal of Front cover
1. Remove pad locks, installed if any.
2. Unscrew the 6 screws (6Nm, 4.42ft-lbs) using a Pozidrive screw driver as shown in
Fig. A&B.
3. Rotate the charging handle down and slide the front cover
over the handle to remove out as shown in Fig. C.
Démontage de la face avant
1. Retirer les cadenas, si installés.
2. Dévisser les 6 vis à l'aide d'un tournevis Pozidrive comme indiqué sur les Fig.A et B.
3. Abaisser le levier d'armement et faire glisser la face avant par-dessus le levier pour
le retirer, comme indiqué dans la Fig. C.
Verwijderen van de voorzijdecover
1. Verwijder hangsloten indien aanwezig.
2. Draai de 6 schroeven
(6Nm, 4.42ft-lbs)
zoals in Afb. A&B
3. Draai de voorspanhendel omlaag en schuif de voorzijdecover over de hendel om
deze te verwijderen , zie Afb. C.
