IP54 Cover
Each EntelliGuard breaker is supplied with a
Door Frame that provides the installed device
with an IP40 rating. Optionally an extra cover is
available providing an IP54 rating.
It can be fitted on the panel door in place of the
door flange. It uses the same hole pattern as
door flange and doesn't require any additional
holes.
Use the following procedure to install the IP54
cover on the panel door.
1. Check that the package contains all the parts
listed in Table.
2. Turn the breaker off and discharge the
closing springs by depressing the OFF and ON
buttons in the sequence OFF-ON-OFF.
Verify that the breaker OFF-ON indicator shows
OFF on a green background and that the charge
indicator shows DISCHARGE on a white
background.
3. Open the panel door. Remove the door flange
from the door by removing the screws from
inside of the door.
4. Assemble the IP54 cover assembly on the
door with screws and washers as shown in
picture.
5. 12 screws are required to assemble the IP54
cover for a drawout type of breaker.
6. 10 screws are required to assemble the IP54
cover for a fixed type of breaker.

4.4.10 Porte IP54
Chaque disjoncteur EntelliGuard est fourni avec
une porte qui, une fois montée, assure un indice
de protection IP40. En option, une autre porte de
plus haut indice de protection est disponible. Elle
permet d'atteindre IP54.
Elle peut être montée sur le panneau, à la place
de la porte standard. Elle utilise les trous de
montage standard et ne nécéssite pas d'autre
perçages.
Suivre les instructions suivantes pour installer la
porte IP54.
1. Vérifier que le kit contient toutes les pièces
listées dans la table.
2. Ouvrir le disjoncteur et décharger les ressorts
du mécanisme en appyant sur les boutons de
commande dans l'ordre suivant : OFF-ON-OFF.
Vérifier que les voyants indiquent "OFF" sur fond
vert et « Ressorts déchargés » sur fond blanc.

3. Ouvrir la porte du panneau. Retirer la flasque
de la porte en dévissant les vis de l'intérieur de la
porte.
4. Monter la flasque IP54 sur la porte à l'aide des
vis et des rondelles comme indiqué dans la
figure.
5. 12 vis sont nécessaires pour monter le flasque
IP54 sur un disjoincteur de type débrochable.
6. 10 vis sont nécessaires pour monter le flasque
IP54 sur un disjoincteur de type fixe.

4.4.10 IP54 voorzijdecover
Elke Entelliguard wordt geleverd met een
deurframe voor een IP40 beschermingsgraad .
Optioneel kan een cover geleverd worden voor
een IP54 afscherming.
Deze kan geplaatst worden op de deur ,
hiervoor zijn geen additionele gaten voor nodig.
Doorloop de onderstaande procedure voor het
plaatsen van de IP54 afdekkap.
1. Controleer of de kit alle benodigde
onderdelen omvat.
2. Zet de schakelaar in de Uit-stand, zorg dat de
veer ontspannen is door op de OFF en ON
knoppen te drukken in de volgorde UIT-AAN-UIT.
Controleer op de standindicator dat deze UIT
aangeeft ( groene achtergrond ) , en dat de veer
gespannen indicator Ontspannen aangeeft (
witte achtergrond ) . Bij installatie op een
uitrijdbare uitvoering dient men het beweegbare
deel uit de cassette te rijden

3. Open de deur van het panel en verwijder het
deurrubber door de schroeven aan de
binnenzijde van de deur te verwijderen.
4. Plaats de IP54 afdekkap met behulp van de
bijgeleverde schroeven en sluitringen zoals
getoond op de foto.
5. 12 schroeven zijn benodigd voor het plaatsen
van de IP54 afdekkap bij een uitrijdbare
uitvoering.
6. 10 schroeven zijn benodigd voor het plaatsen
van de IP54 afdekkap bij een vaste uitvoering.
