4.1 RELEASES / COILS
-- In order to mount one or more release or Coils
the breaker front cover must be removed and
replaced later.
Removal of Fascia / Front cover from circuit
breaker
1. Remove pad locks, installed if any. Switch OFF
the breaker.
2. Unscrew the 6 screws using a Pozidrive screw
driver as shown in Fig.4.2 A&B.
3. Rotate the charging handle down and slide
the front cover over the handle to remove out as
shown in Fig.4.2C
Installation of Fascia / Front cover to the
circuit breaker
1. Rotate the charging handle down and slide
the front cover over the handle to assemble the
front cover to housing as shown in Fig.4.2D
2. Ensure the fascia is aligned properly with the
trip unit and the pad lock features of the breaker.
3. Fasten the 6 mounting screws of fascia with
the housing using a pozidrive screw driver as
shown in Fig.4.2E. Apply torque of 3 Nm max..
Hint:
-- All Releases/Coils are mounted from the
breaker front and be click fitted into separate
unique locations after removing the breaker
cover. Possible/Maximum combinations can be
found in table 4.00.
4.1 DÉCLENCHEURS / ÉLECTROS
-- Pour monter un ou plusieurs déclencheurs ou
électros, la face avant du disjoncteur doit être
démontée et remise en place plus tard.
Démontage de la face avant/du capot avant
du disjoncteur
1. Retirer les cadenas, si installés. Mettre le
disjoncteur en position OFF.
2. Dévisser les 6 vis à l'aide d'un tournevis
Pozidrive comme indiqué sur les Fig. 4.2 A et B.
3. Abaisser le levier d'armement et faire glisser la
face avant par-dessus le levier pour le retirer,
comme indiqué dans la Fig. 4.2 C.
Installation de la face avant/du capot avant
du disjoncteur
1. Abaisser le levier d'armement et faire glisser la
face avant par-dessus le levier pour placer la
face avant sur son support, comme indiqué
dans la Fig. 4.2 D.
2. Vérifier que la face avant est correctement
alignée avec l'unité de protection et les cadenas
du disjoncteur.
3. Serrer les 6 vis de montage de la face avant
sur le support à l'aide d'un tournevis Pozidrive
comme indiqué sur la Fig. 4.2 E. Appliquer un
couple de serrage de 3 N m maximum.
Conseil:
-- Tous les déclencheurs/électros sont montés à
partir de l'avant du disjoncteur et sont clippés
sur des emplacements séparés et spécifiques
après avoir démonté le capot du disjoncteur. Le
tableau 4.00 indique les combinaisons possibles
et maximales.

4.1 SPOELEN
-- Voor de montage van één of meer spoelen
moet de voorzijdecover verwijderd worden.
Verwijderen van voorzijdecover van de
vermogenschakelaar
1. Verwijder hangsloten indien aanwezig.
Schakel de vermogenschakelaar naar de OFF
positie.
2. Draai de 6 schroeven los d.m.v. een kruiskop
schroevendraaier zoals in Afb. 4.2 A&B.
3. Draai de voorspanhendel omlaag en schuif de
voorzijdecover over de hendel om deze te
verwijderen , zie Afb. 4.2C.
Plaatsen van voorzijdecover op de
vermogenschakelaar
1. Beweeg de voorspanhendel omlaag en schuif
de voorzijdecover over de hendel om deze op de
behuizing te plaatsen, zie Afb. 4.2D.
2. Zorg ervoor dat de cover goed uitgelijnd is
met de beveiligingsunit en slotfuncties van de
schakelaar.
3. Draai de 6 montageschroeven vast met een
kruiskop schroevendraaier, zie Afb.4.2E. Draai
aan tot een max. koppel van 3 Nm.
Tip:
-- Alle spoelen worden via de voorzijde van de
schakelaar geïnstalleers en klikken vast in
afzonderlijke locaties na verwijdering van de
schakelaarcover. Mogelijke/Maximum
combinaties vindt u terug in tabel 4.00.
