Radiator – Differential pressure Δp-v
For the "Heating with radiators" application, there is an optimized variable differential
pressure control. Consumer loads with connected radiators can be supplied with a variable
differential pressure control (Δp-v) according to the needs.
Assuming a maximum required delivery head at the design point, the pump variably ad-
justs the differential pressure to the volume flow. The volume flow varies through the
open and closed valves at the consumers. The pump output is adjusted to the require-
ments of the consumer load and the energy requirement is significantly reduced.
Radiator – Dynamic Adapt plus
For the "Heating with radiators" application, a control function is available with Dynamic
Adapt plus, which automatically and continuously adjusts the required pump output
based on the requirements of the heating system.
Dynamic Adapt plus does not require setpoint adjustments, the control is executed auto-
matically without the availability of the design point. The pump continuously adjusts its
delivery rate to the requirements of the consumer loads and to the status of the open and
closed valves and thus reduces energy requirements significantly.
Radiator – Hall temperature T-const
For applications, in which the pump supplies only one room/hall with radiators, there is a
temperature control, which not only adjusts the pump output to the temperature require-
ments of a room/hall, but also controls the temperature of the room/hall. This control
mode does not require hydraulic control valves and prevents hydraulic loss.
In order to control the hall temperature, the pump requires a temperature sensor, which
records the current temperature of the room. For this purpose, commercially available
temperature sensors such as PT1000 sensors can be connected to an analogue input of
the pump.
Underfloor heating – Differential pressure Δp-c
For the "Heating with underfloor heating" application, there is an optimized constant dif-
ferential pressure control. Consumer loads with underfloor heating can be supplied with a
constant differential pressure control (dp-c) according to the needs.
Assuming a maximum required delivery head at the design point, the pump variably ad-
justs the pump output to the required volume flow. The volume flow varies through the
open and closed valves at the heating circuits. The pump output is adjusted to the re-
quirements of the consumer load and the energy requirement is reduced.

NOTICE
When using the heating/cooling quantity measurement, the energy is automatically
logged in the respective correct counter for heat and cooling energy meter.
