Differential pressure Δp-v
A variable differential pressure control is available for the application. Consumer loads
with connected consumers can be supplied with a variable differential pressure control
(Δp-v) according to the needs.
Assuming a maximum required delivery head at the design point, the pump variably ad-
justs the differential pressure to the volume flow. The volume flow varies through the
open and closed valves at the consumers. The pump output is adjusted to the require-
ments of the consumer load and the energy requirement is significantly reduced.
Index circuit Δp-c
A constant differential pressure control is available for the "Index circuit Δp-c" applica-
tion. This differential pressure control ensures supply in a poorly compensated hydraulic
system.
The pump takes into account the point in the hydraulic system which is the most difficult
to supply.
For this purpose, the pump requires a differential pressure sensor which is installed at this
point in the system.
The delivery head must be adjusted to the required differential pressure at this point and
the pump output is accordingly adjusted to the requirements of the consumer loads there.
