For the "Cooling with index circuit Δp-c" application, there is an optimized constant dif-
ferential pressure control. This differential pressure control ensures supply in a poorly
compensated cooling system.
The pump takes into account the point in the cooling system which is the most difficult to
supply.
For this purpose, the pump requires a differential pressure sensor, which is installed at this
point in the system.
The delivery head must be adjusted to the required differential pressure at this point and
the pump output is accordingly adjusted to the requirements of the consumer loads there.

• Detection of disinfection:
The "Detection of disinfection" function has been provided in the "Set auto control"
menu after having selected the "Drinking water – temperature T-const" application in the
settings assistant.
This function monitors the feed temperature at the hot water source with an external
temperature sensor in order to record the significant increase of temperature in case of
thermal disinfection.
Once the system detects thermal disinfection, the pump switches to maximum output to
support disinfection and rinse the system with hot water.
NOTICE: If the "Detection of disinfection" option is not used, the pump reduces
the power when it detects a temperature increase. This prevents thermal disinfection.
Ensure the system is rinsed with hot fluid on the basis of other measures:
