Put into operation
▪ Yellow focus: Change settings.

moves one level further up in the structure or to a previous setting.
Pressing the Back button
confirming the changed value returns the focus to the previous focus. The adjusted
value will be discarded. The previous value remains unchanged.
If the Back button is pressed for more than 2 seconds, the Home screen opens and
the pump can be operated from the main menu.
NOTICE
If there are no warning or error messages, the display on the control module will
switch off 2 minutes after the last time it was operated.
• If the operating button is pressed or turned again within 7 minutes, the previously
exited menu will appear. You can continue to configure settings.
• If the operating button is not pressed or turned for more than 7 minutes, any un-
confirmed settings will be lost. Pressing the button again opens the Home screen on
the display and the pump can be operated from the main menu.

The pump runs in factory setting when the initial commissioning menu is open.
If you do not want to make adaptations to the pump in the initial commissioning menu,
select "Start with factory settings" to quit the menu. The Home screen opens on the
display and the pump can be operated from the main menu.
After reinstallations we recommend venting the rotor chamber. For this purpose, activ-
ate "Start venting". A venting routine starts in the background. Other settings can be
configured while venting is active.
Open the "First settings" menu to configure the most important initial commissioning
settings (e.g. language, units, control mode and setpoint) to adapt the pump to the re-
quired application. The chosen initial settings are confirmed by activating "Finish initial
settings".
Quit the Initial commissioning menu to open the Home screen on the display and oper-
ate it from the main menu.
