Example: PMX command list in a Telnet session under Microsoft Win-
dows
The PMX has to be connected to the PC (HOST) via an Ethernet cable or Eth-
ernet network.
Identify the IP address of the PMX either by directly assigning an address or
in the PMX web browser's "Network" dialog.
Open the command line input window:
− under Windows XP/Vista/2000:
− under Windows7:
(if necessary, a Telnet server needs to be activated under Windows7. Click
"Start" -> "Systemsteuerung" -> "Programme und Funktionen" -> "Win-
dows-Funktionen aktivieren oder deaktivieren ". Scroll to "Telnet-Client" to
activate it. Then click "OK" and wait for a few moments until the function
has been configured and applied.)
Start the Telnet session and connect to the PMX.
