INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
a. The patient platform is width adjustable. Slide the sides of the platform out as
needed to accommodate the table width (Fig 2).
b. Grab the HDS Patient Platform (AR-6529-01) by the upright or handle with your
dominant hand and support with your non-dominant hand on one of the side
handles as shown in Fig 3.
c. Engage the Patient Platform forks with the spool on the side of the Table
Clamps (Fig 4A) and lower so that it rests on the Table Clamp hooks (Fig 4B).
