8 – INSTALLATION
WARNING
The unpacking and installation
operations shall be carried out
by suitably trained, specialised
technical staff (authorised by
the manufacturer).
Crushing/impact hazard during
unpacking and installation.
Use PPE (gloves, safety foot-
wear, overall).
These operations shall be car-
ried out by at least 2 persons.
Use suitable ramp lifting/han-
dling devices.
To lift/handle the ramp, use suit-
ably sized straps/ropes, appro-
priate for the weight of the ramp.
See the technical data of the
ramp you want to install.
Place the straps/ropes as shown
in the figure 17 (unless other-
wise specified).
Equipment necessary to handle
and install the ramp.
Not supplied:
– forklift
– lifting device
(both matching the load to be lifted)
– no. 1 cutter
– no. 2 10 mm keys
– no. 2 13 mm keys
– no. 2 17 mm keys
– no. 1 6 mm hex wrench (Allen wrench)
– no. 1 ruler
– no. 1 marker
– no. 1 jigsaw
– no. 1 silicone pistol + silicone
– no. 1 drill
– drill bits
– rust preventer

8 – INSTALLAZIONE
Le operazioni di disimballaggio
e installazione sono riservate a
personale tecnico specializzato
(autorizzato dal fabbricante) e
adeguatamente attrezzato a tale
compito.
Rischio di schiacciamento/urto
in fase di disimballaggio e instal-
lazione.
Utilizzare DPI (guanti, scarpe an-
tinfortunistiche, tuta da lavoro).
E' necessario che queste operazio-
ni siano svolte da MIN. 2 persone.
Utilizzare adeguati dispositivi di
sollevamento/movimentazione
della rampa.
Per sollevamento/movimentazio-
ne della rampa, utilizzare fasce/
funi adeguatamente dimensiona-
te in base alla massa della ram-
pa stessa.
Consultare i dati tecnici della
rampa da installare.
Posizionare fasce/funi come in-
dicato nella figura 17 (se non di-
versamente specificato).
Attrezzatura necessaria per mo-
vimentazione e installazione del-
la rampa.
Non fornita:
– carrello elevatore
– dispositivo di sollevamento
(entrambi adeguati al carico da sollevare)
– n. 1 cutter
– n. 2 chiavi 10 mm
– n. 2 chiavi 13 mm
– n. 2 chiavi 17 mm
– n. 1 chiave esagonale (brugola) 6 mm
– n. 1 metro
– n. 1 pennarello
– n. 1 seghetto alternativo
– n. 1 pistola per silicone + silicone
– n. 1 trapano
– punte trapano
– protettivo antiruggine
