25 – PRODUCT WARRANTY
The company WM SYSTEM S.r.l. (from
now on referred to as Manufacturer) en-
sures its products against material or
manufacturing defects.
All products sold by the Manufacturer
are covered by the standard warranty
between manufacturer and Customer,
that also plays the role of the Consumer
(a person who buys the goods for per-
sonal use, unrelated to professional or
business activities), and by the legal
warranty for conformity defects, accord-
ing to articles 128-135 of Law Decree no.
206/2005.
The legal warranty in favour of the Client/
Consumer covers the conformity defects
existing at the time of the delivery and
those that appeared within 24 months
from the delivery of the good itself. The
non conformity defect must be notified
via written letter AR, fax or e-mail, within
two months from the delivery date.
Any obvious defects, detectable
with a simple, immediate inspec-
tion of the good, must be report-
ed by the consumer within 10
days from the delivery date.
Any legal action against the Manufac-
turer shall laps within 26 (twenty six)
months from the good delivery.
The validity period of this war-
ranty is 24 months from the in-
voicing date, the product being pur-
chased directly from the Manufacturer
or from its authorised dealers in Italy or
outside.
This warranty implies repairing and re-
placing the faulty component, after being
inspected and confirmed by the Manu-
facturer and only during the warranty va-
lidity period.
If during the warranty period, the Con-
sumer detects a material or manufactur-
ing fault, after reporting it as specified
above, he has to contact the manufac-

La ditta WM SYSTEM S.r.l. (di seguito il
Fabbricante) garantisce i propri prodot-
ti da difetti di fabbricazione o da difetti
relativi al materiale utilizzato in fase di
lavorazione degli stessi.
Tutti i prodotti venduti dal Fabbricante
sono coperti dalla garanzia convenzio-
nale tra Produttore e Cliente che rivesta
la qualità di Consumatore (persona fisica
che acquista la merce per scopi estranei
alla attività imprenditoriale o professio-
nale), ed anche dalla garanzia legale per
i difetti di conformità, di cui agli articoli
128-135 D. Lgs. n. 206/2005.
La garanzia legale in favore del Cliente/
Consumatore copre i difetti di conformità
esistenti al momento della consegna del
bene, e che si siano manifestati entro 24
mesi dalla consegna del bene stesso. Il
riscontrato difetto di non conformità do-
vrà essere comunicato a mezzo lettera
raccomandata AR, fax o e-mail, a pena
di decadenza, entro due mesi dalla data
di consegna del bene.
Il consumatore è tenuto entro
10 gg della consegna del bene
a denunciare i difetti palesi che
sono riscontrabili con una sem-
plice ed immediata ispezione del
bene.
L'azione legale nei confronti del Fabbrican-
te si prescrive in ogni caso nel termine di
26 (ventisei) mesi dalla consegna del bene.
Il periodo di validità della pre-
sente garanzia è di 24 mesi a de-
correre dalla data della fattura,
che sia stato acquistato direttamente
presso il Fabbricante o i suoi concessio-
nari autorizzati in Italia o all'estero.
La presente garanzia prevede la ripara-
zione o la sostituzione del componente
difettoso, riconosciuto come tale dal Fab-
bricante ed esclusivamente durante il pe-
riodo di validità della garanzia stessa.
Nel caso in cui, durante il periodo di ga-
ranzia, il Consumatore riscontri nel pro-
dotto acquistato un difetto di materiale
o di lavorazione dovrà, previa denuncia
