- Lubricate the closing system installed
under the floor using a brush (Fig. 80 -
81).
- Fasten all ramp bolts, including those
located on the two fastening plates.
The vibrations caused by ramp move-
ment can loosen the bolts.
- Check the springs efficiency by open-
ing/closing the ramp. In case of faults/
malfunctions contact the technical
support service of the manufacturer.
- Make sure the floor of the ramp is in
perfect condition, it should be non-slip-
pery.
> WHENEVER NECESSARY:
ADJUST THE STRAP
The mobile strap, installed on the end of
the plane, should lean on the base when
the ramp is fully opened (extended).
To adjust the mobile strap with the SEMI
OPENED ramp - (Chap. 8.1 - D).
21.2 - LUBRICATION
Proceed with the greasing or oil lubrica-
tion of the pins, pivots, bushings, bear-
ings.
For oil lubrication, use unlocking and
protective oil spray.
Grease, oil and the various maintenance
products should not be disposed of in the
environment even if they are biodegrad-
able.
Dismantle all contaminated residues
and waste according to the legislation in
force in the country of use.

- Ingrassare a pennello, il sistema di
chiusura posto sotto il piano di calpe-
stio (Fig. 80 - 81).
- Stringere tutti i bulloni fissati sulla ram-
pa, incluso quelli sulle due piastre di
fissaggio. Le vibrazioni dovute al mo-
vimento della rampa possono causare
l'allentamento dei bulloni.
- Verificare, aprendo/chiudendo la ram-
pa, l'efficienza di funzionamento delle
molle. In caso di anomalie/malfunzio-
namenti contattare servizio di assi-
stenza tecnica del fabbricante.
- Verificare la perfetta condizione della
superficie del pianale che deve mante-
nere la caratteristica antiscivolo svolta
dai rilievi presenti su di esso.
> QUANDO NECESSARIO:
REGISTRAZIONE BANDELLA
La corretta posizione della bandella mo-
bile, presente all'estremità del pianale, è
in appoggio sulla base quando la rampa
si trova completamente aperta (estesa).
Per la eventuale registrazione della ban-
della mobile agire mantenendo la rampa
SEMI APERTA - (Cap. 8.1 - D).
21.2 - LUBRIFICAZIONE
Effettuare le operazioni di lubrificazione
con olio o ingrassaggio dei perni, fulcri,
boccole, cuscinetti.
Per la lubrificazione con olio, utilizzare
olio spray sbloccante e protettivo.
Grasso, olio e prodotti vari per la manu-
tenzione, non devono essere mai disper-
si nell'ambiente anche se biodegradabili.
Smaltire ogni residuo o rifiuto contami-
nato come previsto dalla normativa vi-
gente nel paese di utilizzo.
