- Make sure the ramp is not damaged in
any way and that it is in perfect condi-
tion, cleaned, lubricated and working
properly.
- Check for any noise, rubbing or anom-
alies. If detecting any, proceed to their
removal.
- Make sure the plane is fixed properly
and has no chips, breaks or cracks.
Make sure the plane is not bended
due to excessive loads and it has
no holes caused by sharp objects.
> EVERY MONTH:
- Make sure the following are tightened
(Fig. 76):
• Bolts that anchor the ramp to the
base or rotation hub L (OPTIONAL).
• Handles M that block the plates.
• Bolts that anchor the plate H to the
vehicle floor.
Tightening torques in attachment.
- Make sure that the two buffers T (Fig.
77) touch perfectly when the ramp is
closed. The locking clamp must close
perfectly (a CLACK! noise must be he-
ard when the ramp closes).
- Check that the safety catch G closes
perfectly (Fig. 76).
If necessary, adjust the catch.
- Make sure the base is fastened properly,
that there are no loosen screws or nuts
and the side handles are properly fixed.
- For ramps with a rotation (OPTIONAL),
make sure that a 5 mm (0.2 inch) di-
stance is kept between the right side of
the base and the vehicle floor (Fig. 78).
- Grease the joints if necessary and
grease the pins of the wheels.
> EVERY YEAR:
- Make sure that the hub is in perfect
working condition and functions prop-
erly, the bolts are tightened, and the
levers are present.
- Check the greasing of the ramp hing-
es. If necessary, use spray lubricant.
Open and close the ramp several times
to help distributing the grease evenly.
This ensures on long term the proper
operation of the ramp.
WM LIGHT / WM LIGHT-R / WM LIGHT FIXED
- Verificare che non vi siano danni di qua-
lunque tipo alla rampa e che questa risulti
essere in perfette condizioni di pulizia, lu-
brificazione e che funzioni perfettamente.
- Verificare che non vi siano rumorosità,
sfregamenti o anomalie. Diversamente
provvedere per la loro eliminazione.
- Verificare che il pianale sia ben fissato
e non presenti ammaccature, rotture o
crepe. Verificare che non vi siano avval-
lamenti dovuti a carichi eccessivi e con-
centrati o fori causati da oggetti appuntiti.
> OGNI MESE:
- Verificare i seguenti serraggi (Fig. 76):
• Viti di fissaggio rampa alla base o al
mozzo L di rotazione (OPTIONAL).
• Maniglie M di bloccaggio alle pia-
stre.
• Viti di fissaggio piastre H al pianale
del veicolo.
Coppie di serraggio in appendice.
- Verificare che a rampa chiusa i due
tamponi T (Fig. 77) siano in appoggio.
Deve avvenire il perfetto bloccaggio
del gancio di chiusura (rumore CLACK!
in fase di chiusura rampa).
- Verificare il perfetto funzionamento del
gancio di sicurezza G (Fig. 76).
Se necessario regolare il gancio.
- Assicurarsi che la base sia fissata per-
fettamente, che non vi siano viti o dadi
allentati e che le maniglie di presa laterali
siano anch'esse fissate correttamente.
- Per rampa con rotazione (OPTIONAL)
tenere una distanza di 5 mm tra lato de-
stro base e pianale del veicolo (Fig. 78).
- Ingrassare gli snodi, se necessario, e
lubrificare i perni delle ruote.
> OGNI ANNO:
- Verificare il perfetto stato e funziona-
mento del mozzo, il serraggio di viti e
leve presenti.
- Controllare il grado di lubrificazione
delle cerniere della rampa. In caso di
necessità utilizzare lubrificante spray.
Aprire e chiudere la rampa alcune
volte per facilitare la distribuzione uni-
forme del grasso. Questo assicura an-
che, nel lungo termine, il buon funzio-
namento della rampa.
