The Manufacturer shall not be held re-
sponsible for any accidental, consequen-
tial damages due to improper use of the
product and for any product repair or re-
placement expenses or charges unless
under the conditions described above.
Warranty exemption.
The warranty does not cover faults or
damages related to product installation,
unless it was carried out by the Manufac-
turer at its premises.
Accordingly, this warranty does not cov-
er damages related to tampering during
product installation, even if carried out by
the Manufacturer or by technical support
centres authorised by the Manufacturer.
The warranty doest cover damages re-
lated to accidents or indirect causes,
inactivity periods, indirect damages or
other expenses.
This warranty lapses in case of improper
(incorrect or unauthorised) product use
or if the product has been altered or re-
paired by staff or support centres that
were not authorised by the Manufacturer.
The warranty shall be revoked in the fol-
lowing cases:
- Damages to components subject to
regular wear and tear.
- Product modifications, carried out with-
out written approval from the Manufac-
turer.
- Use of the product without following
the instructions in the use and mainte-
nance manual.
- Insufficient or incorrect cleaning and
lubrication (including use of inappropri-
ate products).
- Maintenance not carried out (when
needed), incorrectly carried out or car-
ried out by staff not authorised by the
Manufacturer.
- Any operation carried out without fol-
lowing the instructions of the Manufac-
turer.

Il Fabbricante non sarà responsabile per
eventuali danni accidentali, consequen-
ziali, relativi ad uso improprio del prodot-
to, e per costi e spese di riparazione o
di sostituzione del prodotto se non come
sopra descritti.
Esclusione della garanzia.
La garanzia non copre difetti o danni ri-
conducibili alla installazione del prodotto,
salvo che questa non sia stata effettuata
da parte del Fabbricante stesso presso
la propria sede.
Allo stesso modo questa garanzia non
copre danni riconducibili a manomissio-
ni relative all'installazione del prodotto,
anche se effettuate dal Fabbricante o da
centri di assistenza tecnica da lui auto-
rizzati.
La garanzia non copre danni al prodot-
to relativi ad incidenti o cause indirette,
tempi di fermo, danni indiretti o altri costi.
Questa garanzia non è valida in caso
di uso improprio del prodotto (scorretto
o vietato) o nel caso lo stesso sia sta-
to modificato o riparato da personale o
centri di assistenza non autorizzati dal
Fabbricante.
La garanzia non è, inoltre, valida nei se-
guenti casi:
- Danni a componenti soggetti a norma-
le usura.
- Modifiche, apportate al prodotto, effet-
tuate senza il consenso scritto da par-
te del Fabbricante.
- Utilizzo del prodotto al di fuori di quan-
to indicato nel manuale d'uso e manu-
tenzione.
- Insufficiente o errata pulizia e lubrifi-
cazione (compreso l'utilizzo di prodotti
inadeguati).
- Manutenzione non effettuata (quando
necessaria), effettuata in modo sba-
gliato, o da parte di personale non au-
torizzato dal fabbricante.
- Ogni operazione effettuata senza ri-
spettare quanto indicato dal Fabbri-
cante.
