22 – TROUBLESHOOTING
Below you can find a list of the most
common faults that may arise, their
probable causes and solutions for fix-
ing them. If you cannot find the prob-
lem you are encountering in this list or if
the actions we suggest to not solve the
situations, contact the manufacturer's
technical support office for assistance.
> PROBLEM (1)
The safety catch G does not open / does
not close, or it does so with difficulty.

The clamp does not precisely anchor
onto the gripping element P (Fig. 108).

Adjust the safety catch (chap. 8.1 - C).
> PROBLEM (2)
The ramp hits the vehicle's trunk doors.

(1) Excessive ramp inclination.
(2) The ramp is not closed correctly.

(1) Adjust / replace the closed ramp
support buffers T (see: "Adjusting
the degree of inclination with closed
ramp, in relation to the Z axis").
(2) Adjust the support feet K anchored
to the base with the bolts V (Fig.
108).
> PROBLEM (3)
(OPTIONAL ROTATION)
The ramp cannot be rotated or it's diffi-
cult to rotate.
> CAUSE — — — — — — — — —
(1) The lower part of the base touches
or interferes with the vehicle floor.
(2) The rotation bushings are worn out
(B2 - Fig. 109).
> SOLUTION — — — — — — — —
(1) Adjust the inclination with regard to
the X axis (chap. 21.4).
(2) Replace the bushings.

RIMEDI

blemi o anomalie che si possono manife-
stare, le probabili loro cause e gli even-
tuali rimedi da apportare per la soluzione.
Qualora il problema non rientri in questo
elenco o il rimedio proposto non pone
soluzioni adeguate, contattare il servizio
di assistenza tecnica del fabbricante per
i più opportuni interventi da effettuare.

Il gancio di sicurezza G non si apre / non si
chiude oppure ciò avviene con difficoltà.

Il gancio non ha un ancoraggio preciso
sull'elemento di presa P (Fig. 108).

Registrare il gancio di sicurezza (cap.
8.1 - C).
> PROBLEMA (2)
La rampa urta contro i portelli di chiusura
del vano di carico del veicolo.

(1) Eccessiva inclinazione della rampa.
(2) Rampa non correttamente chiusa.
> RIMEDIO (cap. 21.4) — — — — —
(1) Regolare / sostituire i tamponi T di
appoggio rampa chiusa (vedi: "Re-
gistrazione grado di inclinazione
rampa chiusa rispetto asse Z" ).
(2) Regolare i piedi di appoggio K fissati
alla base con le viti V (Fig. 108).
> PROBLEMA (3)
(OPTIONAL ROTAZIONE)
Non è possibile ruotare la rampa oppure
ciò avviene con difficoltà.

(1) La parte inferiore della base tocca o
interferisce col pianale del veicolo.
(2) Boccole di rotazione usurate
