ADJUSTING THE INCLINATION OF
THE RAMP WHILE CLOSED
(axis Y with regard to axis X) - Fig. 104.
Adjustment only for ramps in the WM
LIGHT WM LIGHT-R model with OP-
TIONAL ROTATION.
This adjustment allows the ramp to elimi-
nate any interference between the base
and the vehicle floor.
In order for the lower section of the ramp
to rotate properly, it should be placed at
a certain distance S = 5 mm (0.2 inch -
MIN.) from the base and the vehicle floor.
The base does not have to rub against or
lean on the vehicle floor.

Adjustment modes - Fig. 105:
1 - With the ramp closed, loosen the
knob W on the right side.
2 - Adjust the inclination of the ramp by
turning the bolt V and nut D.

The degree of inclination (in relation to
the Z axis - Fig. 107) of the closed ramp
is determined by adjusting the support
buffers T.
Adjusting procedure for the buffers (to
carry out when the ramp is closed) - Fig.
107:
1 - Raise the safety catch.
2 - Loosen the nuts D1.
3 - Unscrew or screw the two buffers
until the closed ramp (Y axis) is per-
pendicular to the vehicle floor. Both
buffers must touch perfectly.
4 - Tighten the nuts D1.
5 - Make sure that the safety catch is
perfectly anchored.

Regolazione solo per rampe in versio-
ne WM LIGHT, WM LIGHT-R con OP-
TIONAL ROTAZIONE.
Questa registrazione permette di elimi-
nare eventuali interferenze tra la base
della rampa ed il pianale del veicolo.
Perché la rampa possa ruotare regolar-
mente all'esterno del veicolo, deve es-
serci una distanza S = 5 mm (MIN.) dalla
base al pianale.
La base non deve sfregare sul pianale.
(Vedere anche cap. 8.1 - A).
Modalità di registrazione - Fig. 105:
1 - Con la rampa chiusa allentare il po-
mello W sul lato destro.
2 - Regolare l'inclinazione della rampa
agendo sulla vite V e dado D.

La regolazione dei tamponi T di appoggio
determina il grado di inclinazione (rispet-
to asse Z - Fig. 107) della rampa chiusa.
Modalità di registrazione tamponi (da
fare con la rampa chiusa) - Fig. 107:
1 - Alzare il gancio di sicurezza.
2 - Allentare i dadi D1.
3 - Svitare o avvitare i due tam-
poni affinché la rampa chiusa
(asse Y) sia perpendicolare al
pianale del veicolo. Entrambi
i tamponi devono appoggiare
perfettamente.
4 - Serrare i dadi D1.
5 - Verificare il perfetto ancorag-
gio del gancio di sicurezza.
