centres, attaching the documents relat-
ed to the purchase of the faulty product
(invoice with name, address and date),
a short description of the encountered
malfunction and the relative photograph-
ic documentation.
However, the Consumer shall check the
goods upon their delivery and shall re-
port any non conformities to the Manu-
facturer within 10 days from the date of
delivery.
If the packaging containing the goods is
delivered damaged to the Consumer, he
can record this on the consignment note
(mentioning the cause of the damage),
or in case of severe damages, he can re-
ject the shipment.
The manufacturer or the staff authorised
by him, will repair and replace the faulty
product without charging the Consumer.
If the fault is accepted the transport costs
will be charged to the Manufacturer.
If after checking the malfunction, we de-
cide that it is not related to a conformity
fault, the Manufacturer may request a
refund from the Consumer for complaint
check and transport expenses.
No unauthorised operator can
repair or replace the product.
Accordingly, no compensation of any
kind, for that activity, will be recognised.
The product repair or replacement must
be authorised first by the Manufacturer.
The product warranty covers only the repair
and replacement of the faulty component.
No other types of warranties are recog-
nised, implicitly or explicitly.

dello stesso come sopra indicato, con-
tattare il Fabbricante o un suo centro
di assistenza autorizzato, allegando la
documentazione relativa all'acquisto del
prodotto difettoso (fattura contenente
nome, indirizzo,data) una breve descri-
zione del difetto riscontrato e la relativa
documentazione fotografica.
Il Consumatore è tenuto in ogni caso a
controllare la merce al momento della
ricezione della stessa e a denunciare al
Fabbricante un'eventuale non conformi-
tà entro un massimo di 10 gg dalla rice-
zione.
Nel caso in cui la merce dovesse esse-
re consegnata al Consumatore con un
imballaggio danneggiato a causa del
trasporto, il Consumatore potrà sotto-
scrivere il documento di trasporto con
RISERVA (indicandone le cause) o in
casi più gravi sarà autorizzato a rifiutare
la merce.
Il Fabbricante o il personale da lui auto-
rizzato, effettuerà, a propria discrezione,
la riparazione o la sostituzione del pro-
dotto difettoso senza alcun costo da par-
te del Consumatore.
In caso di accettazione del difetto i re-
lativi costi di trasporto saranno a carico
esclusivo del Fabbricante.
Nel caso in cui dopo la verifica del mal-
funzionamento si dovesse riscontrare
che questo non dipende da un vizio di
conformità, potrà essere chiesto al Con-
sumatore il rimborso del costo che il Fab-
bricante ha sostenuto per le operazioni
di verifica del reclamo e per il trasporto.
Nessun operatore non autorizza-
to potrà eseguire la riparazione
o sostituzione del prodotto.
Di conseguenza nessuna remunerazio-
ne a qualsiasi titolo, per tale attività, gli
verrà riconosciuta.
La riparazione o la sostituzione del pro-
dotto dovrà sempre essere precedente-
mente autorizzata dal Fabbricante.
La garanzia del prodotto è limitata esclu-
sivamente alla riparazione o alla sostitu-
zione del particolare difettoso.
Non sono riconosciuti altri tipi di garanzie,
sia implicitamente che esplicitamente.
