Address and baud rate switch

The DIP switch DR for the baud rate and the two rotary switches NA1 and NA2 for the station

Switch DR:
– On the DIP switch DR, the baud rate is set on the first two switches DR.1 and DR.2.
NA1
– On the third switch DR.3 the diagnostics are turned on and off.
– The fourth switch DR.4 is not assigned.
NA2
Switch NA1: The tens digit of the address is set on switch NA1. Switch NA1 is labeled using
the decimal system from 0 to 9.
Switch NA2: The units digit of the address is set on switch NA2. Switch NA2 is labeled using
the decimal system from 0 to 9.
4.1.4

Addressing

The MAC ID is preset at address 63.
A comprehensive description of addressing can be found in section 9 "Presettings on the Bus
Coupler" on page 98.
4.1.5

Baud rate

The baud rate is preset to 125 kBaud. Changing the baud rate is described in "9.4 Changing the baud
rate and activating the bus coupler diagnosis" on page 100.
4.1.6

Switching diagnostics on and off

Diagnostics are turned on and off with the switch DR.3. Diagnostic data is appended to input data
when diagnosis is turned on.

The valve drivers are described in "12.2 Valve zone" on page 107.
