In this object the parameters of the AES participants can be read and set. The instance attribute
for a particular participants can be determined using the list of participants.

The list of all participants (attribute 9) should be implemented in a compact manner, that is there
are no gaps between the IDs of the pneumatics, pressure regulator and I/O participants.
The participant sequence matches the sequence delivered by the AES stack, in that the pneumatics,
then the pressure regulator, and lastly the I/O participants are listed starting from list position 0.

The instance numbers should be implemented in a compact manner, that is there are no gaps
between the IDs of the pneumatics, pressure regulator and I/O participants. The participant

variable configuration data length, the data for write access should only be transferred to the AES
