Disassembling, exchanging, and disposing of the ED07 pressure regulator

Connecting or disconnecting plugs when under voltage will damage the device!
Large differences in potential occur when connecting or disconnecting plugs when under
voltage, which could damage the device.
Make sure the relevant system component is not under voltage before assembling or
when connecting and disconnecting plugs.
Danger of burns caused by hot valve coils!
Touching the valve coils during operating may lead to burns.
Let the device cool off before disassembling it.
Do not touch the device during operation.

Disassembling the ED07 pressure regulator

NOTICE
CAUTION
The following sequence must be observed in order to disassemble
the ED07 pressure regulator.
1. Stipulate a set point of 0 bar to exhaust the ED07 pressure
regulator and the outlet line at the outlet port.
2. Switch off the 24 V DC supply voltage.
3. Remove the connected plugs.
4. Switch off the supply pressure.
5. Loosen the four M5x90 screws.
The ED07 pressure regulator may now be removed.
