2. „Programme" (Program)
Within this mode you can exercise with a program profile (preset mountain- and valley
courses). After selection of the training mode you can select a programme from P1 to
P12 with the "UP"/"DOWN" and "MODE" buttons. The programme profiles are printed
on the computer cover for your information also.
It is possible to enter target values during the programme training.
Use Up/Down and Mode buttons in the same way as described before to enter any target
(preset) values.
When you reach a programmed target value during exercise, the computer will beep multiple
times to give you a sign to stop.
During exercise, you may use the Up and Down buttons to change resistance level.
If you press the Reset-button (only possible during stop-mode), you may change the
programme mode or switch between the 4 main modes. If you press and hold the
reset button for more than 2 seconds, the computer will totally reset all values to zero.
All values (including the personal data) then have to be re-entered.
Name of programs (purpose):
Program 1: Mountain-tour (Condition und Fat reduction)
Program 2: Interval 1 (Condition)
Program 3: Interval 2 (Condition)
Program 4: Uneven 1 (Fat reduction / Power endurance)
Program 5: Small mountain (Warming up, Cooling down)
Program 6: Rise1 (condition / Power endurance)
Program 7: Country1 (Fat reduction and condition)
Program 8: Mountain and valley (Fat reduction / Power endurance)
Program 9: Uneven 2 (Fat reduction)
Program 10: Rise 2 (Condition / power endurance)
Program 11: Hills (Fat reduction and Condition)
Program 12: Interval 3 (Condition)
3. "User" -> user-defined programme
In this mode you can exercise according to your own programmed profiles
After selecting „user" (confirm with „MODE") you can preset each segment load in the profile
with the "up" and "down" buttons ("Mode" for confirmation). After you have finished your input,
please press "Start/Stop". Press and hold the Mode-buttons for approx. 2 seconds during
segment load setting procedure to return to main menu (exit user programme mode).
The so far entered profile will be saved under your personal memory slot (U1 to U4).
Appr. each 0,1 km the computer switches to the next segment and controls the load according
to your input.
Again it is possible to put in target values (except watts). Use the Up/Down - buttons as
described before.
It is also possible not to input any target value (pressing Start/Stop at once).
