Montieren Sie die Spurstange,
Bremse und Nabenbaugruppe
an die Achse (Bild 9101).
!
ACHTUNG
Den Achsschenkel-
bolzen in dieser Monta-
gephase nicht fetten !
Richten Sie die Achse so aus,
daß sich die Achsschenkel-
bolzen in senkrechter Stellung
befinden.
Die Gleitscheiben müssen
gespannt sein.
Überprüfen Sie das Spiel
zwischen Bolzen und unterer
Grundplatte (Bild 9102).
Temperatur der klebstoffberüh-
renden Teile:
Min. 15˚ C, wenn nötig erwär-
men (max. 40˚C).
Schließen Sie die Spritze mit
dem Klebemittel an der unteren
Öffnung an und spritzen den
Kleber kontinuierlich in die
Achse bis der Kleber an der
oberen Öffnung austritt. (Bild
9104).
Verschließen Sie Öffnungen mit
den beiden Verschlußschrau-
ben

Fit the steering link, brake and
hub assembly to the axle (Fig.
9101).
ATTENTION
Do not grease the axle shank
bolts in this assembly phase!
Align the axle so that the axle
shank bolts are located verti-
cally.
The sliding discs must be
tensioned.
Check the clearance between
bolt and lower base plate (Fig.
9102).
Temperature of the parts in
contact with adhesive:
min. 15˚ C, warm if necessary
(max. 40˚C).
Connect the syringe with the
adhesive to the lower opening
and inject the adhesive continu-
ously in the axle until the adhe-
sive is discharged at the upper
opening. (Fig. 9104).
Close the opening with the two
locking screws

ATTENTION
Ne pas graisser le pivot de
fusée en phase de montage !
Alignez l'essieu jusqu'à ce
que le pivot de fusée soit en
position verticale.
Les disques glissants doivent
être serrés.
Vérifiez le jeu existant entre
l'axe et le support de vase
inférieur (fig. 9102).
Température des pièces en
contact avec la colle :
Chauffez si nécessaire à une
température mini de 15˚ C
(maxi 40˚C).
Raccordez la seringue remplie
de colle à l'orifice inférieure et
injectez la colle dans l'essieu
sans arrêt jusqu'à ce qu'elle en
ressorte par l'orifice supérieure
(fig. 9104).
Fermez les orifices en utilisant
les deux vis de fermeture.
