die Stufen-Hub-Unit.

Hub-Unit auf die Achse (Bild

verwenden
VORSICHT !
Achten Sie beim Mon-
tieren der Hub-Unit auf
das ABS-Polrad.
Verformungen des Polrades
führen zum ABS-Ausfall .

Mounting wheel hub
Clean the stub shaft.

Apply GIGANT compound
(Anti-fretting Paste) to the
stub shaft with a brush (fig.
4702).
Insert the seal washer in the
hub unit. (Fig. 4703)
Push the hub unit onto the axle
(Fig. 4704).
ATTENTION
Left-hand thread/right-hand
thread.
Don't use impact wrench
ATTENTION !
Take care of the ABS pole
wheel when assembling the
hub unit.
Deformation of the pole wheel
leads to ABS failure.

Dépose du moyeu de
roue
nettoyez la fusée d'essieu
(figure 4701).
Graisser les fusées au pinceau
avec de la graisse (Anti-Fret-
ting-Pâte) (figure 4702).
Insérez la bague d'étanchéité
dans l'unité moyeu/roulement.

Poussez l'unité moyeu/roule-
ment sur l'essieu (fig. 4704).
ATTENTION
Pas gauche /droit.
Ne pas visseuse à chocs
ATTENTION !
Veillez à la couronne ABS
lors du montage de l'unité
roulement.
Une déformation de la couron-
ne peut entraîner la défail-
lance de l'ABS.
