Den Bremszylinderschlauch
wieder anschließen, den nach
unten zeigenden Entlüftungs-
stopfen im Zylindergehäuse
entfernen (Bild 6601).
Es ist wichtig, den im
unteren
Bereich befindlichen Ent-
lüftungsstopfen im Zylinder-
gehäuse zu entfernen.
Die übrigen Entlüftungsstopfen
können im Zylindergehäuse
verbleibe.
Sind sämtliche Stopfen mon-
tiert, kann es zu Funktionsstö-
rungen.
Mit betätigter Betriebsbremse
- und gegebenenfalls mit ge-
löster Feststellbremse - Mem-
branzylinder, Schläuche und
Anschlüsse auf Dichtheit und
Schäden überprüfen.
Die Räder gemäß den Anwei-
sungen des Fahrzeugherstellers

montieren.
ACHTUNG!
Kontrollieren, dass die Anlage-
flächen von Felge und Nabe frei
von Rost und anderen Verun-
reinigungen sind, die Unwucht
und Vibrationen verursachen
können. Folgen Sie den Emp-
fehlungen des Fahrzeugher-
stellers bezüglich Montage und
Anzugsmoment!
Kontrollieren, dass die
Bremsschläuche bei
vollem Radeinschlag bzw.
Federung in beiden Rich-
tungen nirgends anliegen.
Mit gelöster Feststellbremse
überprüfen, dass die Bremse
nicht anliegt.
Entfernen Sie die Abstützböcke
und senken Sie die Achse
gemäß den Anweisungen des
Fahrzeugherstellers.

Connect the brake chamber
hose connection. Remove the
drain plug that faces down-
wards from the brake chamber
housing (fig. 6601).
It is important to remove the
lowest drain plug in the cham-
ber housing.
Other drain plugs can remain
in position in the chamber
housing.
If all the plugs remain fitted
the mechanism will not oper-
ate correctly!
With the service brake engaged
and, where appropriate, with
the parking brake released,
check the brake chambers,
hoses and connections in
respect of leak-tightness and
damage.
Fit the wheels as per the vehicle
manufacturer's instructions.
ATTENTION
Check that the contact surface
of the rim and hub are clean
and free from distortion. Follow
the vehicle manufacturer's
instructions for fitting and
tightening torques!
Check that the brake hoses
do not foul during full wheel
articulation.
Check the wheel so it turns
freely with the parking brake
released.
Remove the axle support and
the wheel chocks and lower
the axle in accordance with the
vehicle manufacturer's instruc-
tions.
Contrôler que la roue tourne
librement quand le frein de
stationnement est desserré.
(fig. 6601).
Il est très important de retirer
le bouchon du trou d'évent du
bas du carter du vase de frein,
les autres bouchons peuvent
rester en place.
NOTE : Si tous les bouchons
restent montés le frein ne
fonctionnera pas correcte-
ment.
Avec le frein de service appli-
qué et le cas échéant avec le
frein de stationnement des-
serré, contrôler l'étanchéité des
vases de frein, des flexibles et
des raccords et s'assurer qu'ils
ne sont pas endommagés.
Monter les roues confor-
mément aux instructions du
fabricant du véhicule.
ATTENTION !
Contrôler que la surface
d'appui des jantes et du moyeu
ne présente pas de rouille ou
d'autres impuretés susceptibles
de provoquer un voilage et des
vibrations. Suivre les recom-
mandations du fabricant du
véhicule relatives au montage
et, aux couples de serrage !
Contrôler que les flexibles de
frein ne sont soumis à aucun
frottement et aucune tension
en cas de braquage à fond
dans les deux sens, combiné
avec le débattement maxi-
mum de la suspension.
Contrôler que la roue tourne
librement quand le frein de
stationnement est desserré.
Retirer l'étayage et le calage
des roues et abaisser l'essieu
conformément aux instructions
du fabricant du véhicule.
