Einstellung Kegelrollen-
lager
Zum Montieren der Radnabe
stecken Sie den Stoßring auf
den Achsstummel.
Anschließend setzen Sie das
gefettete innere Kegelrollenlager
auf den Achsstummel.
Schieben Sie danach die Rad-
nabe mit eingesetzten Lager-
schalen und Dichtungsringen
auf den Achsstummel.Nach
der Montage der Nabe auf dem
Achsstummel:
- Montieren Sie das äußere
Kegelrollenlager
- Prüfen Sie die Schmierung
(das Fett muß zwischen allen
Rollen des äußeren Kegelrol-
lenlagers austreten)
Fett : GIGANT
Schrauben Sie die Achsmutter
von Hand auf (Bild 1703).
Achse DH4 / GH4
Einstellablauf Radlager
Damit sich die Radlager in der
Radnabe setzen, ziehen Sie die
Achsmutter bei gleichzeitigem
Drehen der Radnabe mit
200 Nm an (Bild 1704).
Anschließend lösen Sie die
Achsmutter bis die Radlager
gelockert sind und ziehen sie
bei gleichzeitigem Drehen der
Nabe mit 60 Nm an
(Bild 1705).

For mounting the wheel hub the
trust ring has to be put onto the
stub shaft.
Then put the greased inner rol-
ler bearing onto the stub shaft.
Put the wheel hub with bearing
cubs and sealing ring onto the
stub shaft.After fitting the hub
to the stub axle:
- Fit the front bearing.
- Check that it is properly
greased.
(The grease should squeeze
out between the front bearing
rollers)
Type of grease: GIGANT
Manually fasten the axle nut
(fig. 1703).

Setting wheel bearing
In order for the wheel bearings
to set in the wheel hub, tighten
the axle nut with
200 Nm while turning the
hub at the same time (fig.
1704).Loosen the axle nut
until the wheel bearings are
loose and tighten the hub with
60 Nm, while turning the hub
(fig. 1705).
Réglage des roulements
à rouleaux coniques
Pour le montage du moyeu
vous fixez la bugue de butée
sur la fusée.
Ensuite vous posez le roule-
ment conique sur la fusée.
Poussez ensuite le moyeu
avec demi-coussinet et bague
d'étanchéité sur la fusée.Après
montage du moyeu sur la
fusée:
- Montage du roulement avant
- Vérification si graissage
correct.
(La graisse doit ressortir
entre tous les rouleaux du
roulement avant)
Type de graisse : GIGANT
Vissez à la main l'écrou de
fusée (figure 1703).
Essieux DH4 / GH4
Ajuster roulement viennent
Pour que les roulements vi-
ennent se loger dans le moyeu,
serrez l'écrou tout en faisant
tourner le moyeu avec un
couple de serrage de
200 Nm (figure 1704).Des-
serrez ensuite l'écrou jusqu'à
ce que les roulements ne soient
plus serrés puis serrez tout en
faisant tourner le moyeu avec
un couple de serrage de
60 Nm (figure1705).
