Dichten Sie beim Wechsel oder
der Montage des ABS-Sensor-
kabels den Stopfen und das
Kabel mit Silikon ab.
Führen Sie bei der Verlegung
des ABS-Sensorkabels das
Kabel unter der Achse hindurch
(Bild 3001)..
Montage des ABS-Sonsors
mit integrierter Kabeldurch-
führung
Entfetten Sie die Bohrung ø22
(1).
Führen Sie das ABS-Kabel in
den Achskörper ein und den

Anschluss (3) mit Hilfe eines
Werkzeugs durch Bohrung (1)
wieder heraus.
Ziehen Sie den Stopfen (2)
an seinem Ende heraus (Bild
3002).
Anm. Die Toleranzen der Boh-
rung ø22 (1) beträgt 0/ + 0.2
Bestreichen Sie den Stopfen (2)
an der 1. und 4. Nut mit 2
durchgehenden Ringen Dicht-
masse Terostat 9120 (Teroson/
Loctite)

When replacing or mounting the
ABS sensor cable, seal the plug
and the cable with silicon.
Route the cable under and
through the axle when laying
out the ABS sensor cable.
Fitting the ABS-sensor with
integral cable grommet
Remove any grease from
around the hole ø22 ( 1)
Insert the ABS cable into the
axle beam and ease the con-
nector (3) out of the hole (1)
with the aid of a suitable tool.
Remove the stopper (2)
by pulling the end of it (fig
3002).
NB: the hole ø 22 (1) must
have a tolerance of 0 / +0.2
Apply two continuous beads of
Terostat 9120
sealant (Teroson/Loctite)around
the first and fourth grooves of
the stopper (2). See Fig.1
NB: SAE reference for the
sealant: 0350020

Quand vous remplacez le câble
du capteur ABS ou quand vous
le mettez en place, appliquez
du silicone sur le bouchon
et sur le câble pour le rendre
étanche.
Lors de la pose du câble du
capteur ABS, faites passer le
câble par dessous l'essieu.
Montage du capteur ABS avec
passe-fil integre
Dégraisser le trou ø22 (1)
Introduire le cable ABS dans le
corps d'essieu et faire ressortir
le connecteur (3) par le trou (1)
à l'aide d'un outil.
Extraire le bouchon (2) en
tirant sur son extrémité (figure
3002).
NB: le trou ø22 (1) doit être
tolérancé 0 / +0.2
Enduire le bouchon (2) de 2
anneaux continu de mastic

la 1ère et la 4ème rainure. Voir
