Schrauben Sie den Montage-
dorn auf die Achse. Schieben
Sie dabei das Kabel des ABS-
Sensors in den Montagedorn.

Ziehen den kompletten
Nabensatz zusammen mit der
Bremsscheibe über den Mon-
tagedorn vom Achsschenkel.
(Bild 5203).
Treiben Sie die Radbolzen aus
der Nabe/Bremsscheibeneinheit
(Bild 5204).
Trennen Sie Bremsscheibe und
Radnabensatz.
Säubern Sie die Anlageflächen
der Radnabe zur Bremsscheibe.
Legen Sie die neue Brems-
scheibe auf die Radnabe und
stecken die Radbolzen durch
die Bremsscheibe soweit wie
möglich in die Radnabe. Trei-
ben Sie die Bolzen mit einem
Hammer vorsichtig in ihre
Endlage.

Screw the mounting mandrel
onto the axle. In doing so push
the ABS sensor cable in the
assembly plug.

Pull the complete hub set,
together with the brake disc,
off of the axle schank over the
mounting mandrel.
(fig. 5203).
Force the wheel bolts out of the
removed hub and brake disc
unit (fig. 5204).
Separate brake disc and wheel
hub set.
Clean the bearing surfaces of
the wheel hub to the brake disc.
Place the new brake disc on the
wheel hub and insert the wheel
bolts through the brake disc as
far as possible into the wheel
hub. Carefully force the bolts
into their end position with a
hammer.
Vissez le mandrin de montage
sur l'essieu. Pour ce faire,
introduisez le câble du capteur
ABS dans le mandrin de
montage.

ATTENTION
Pas gauche /droit.
Ne pas visseuse à chocs
Tirez le moyeu complet sur le
mandrin de montage avec le
disque du frein pour le retirer
de l'essieu. (figure 5203).
Chassez les goujons de roue
hors des moyeux de roue
déposés et du frein à disques
(figure 5204).
Séparez le disque de frein des
moyeux.
Nettoyez les surfaces du
moyeu qui sont en appui avec
le disque du frein.
Posez le nouveau disque sur
le moyeu et à travers le disque
de frein insérez les goujons de
roue aussi profondément que
possible dans le moyeu. Avec
un marteau, poussez dou-
cement les boulons jusqu'en
butée.
