Einstellung Kegelrollen-
lager
Schieben Sie die komplettierte
Radnabe auf den Achsstummel
(Bild 1401).

Setzen Sie die Unterlegscheibe
ein (Bild 1402).
Schrauben Sie die Achsmutter
von Hand auf.
Einstellablauf Radlager
Damit sich die Radlager in der
Radnabe setzen, ziehen Sie die
Achsmutter bei gleichzeitigem
Drehen der Nabe mit 150 Nm
an.
Anschließend lösen sie die
Achsmutter bis die Unterleg-
scheibe locker ist.
Abschließend ziehen Sie die
Achsmutter bei gleichzeitigem
Drehen der Nabe mit 20 Nm an
(Bild 1403).
Setzen Sie das Sicherungs-
blech ein (Bild 1404).

Push the completed wheel hub
onto the stub shaft
(fig. 1401).
Insert the washer (fig.
1402).
Manually fasten the axle nut.
Setting wheel bearing
In order for the wheel bearings
to set in the wheel hub, tighten
the axle nut of the hub with
150 Nm while turning.
Loosen the axle nut until the
washer is loose.
Tighten the axle nut with
20 Nm while turning the hub
(fig. 1403).
Insert the locking plate
(fig. 1404).

Réglage des roulements
à rouleaux coniques
Enfoncez le moyeu assemblé
sur la fusée d'essieu
(figure 1401).
Insérez la rondelle
(figure 1402).
Vissez à la main l'écrou de
fusée.
Ajuster roulements viennent
Pour que les roulements vi-
ennent se loger dans le moyeu,
serrez l'écrou tout en faisant
tourner le moyeu avec 150 Nm.
Puis desserrez l'écrou jusqu'à
ce que la rondelle ne soit plus
serrée.
Serrez enfin les écrous tout en
faisant tourner le moyeu avec
20 Nm (figure 1403).
Mettez la plaque d'arrêt en
place (figure 1404).
