Radnabe mit Brems-
scheibe demontieren
!
ACHTUNG
Vor Begin der Reparaturar-
beiten muß das Fahrzeug
gegen Wegrollen abgesi-
chert sein! Die Betriebs-
und Feststellbremse muß
sich im ge-lösten Zustand
befinden!
Lösen Sie die Nabenkappe von
der Radnabe und lösen Sie die
Radmuttern.
Heben Sie die Achse an, bis die
Reifen frei sind.
Schrauben Sie die Radmuttern
ab und ziehen Sie das Rad von
der Radnabe.
Stellen Sie die Bremse zurück
und entfernen Sie die Brems-
beläge.
Demontieren Sie den Brems-
sattel, indem Sie die oberste
Befestigungsschraube zuerst
herausschrauben und durch
einen Dorn ersetzen. Danach
schrauben Sie die restlichen
Schrauben heraus und
nehmen den Bremssattel ab
(Bild5101).
Demontieren Sie bei Achsen
mit ABS den ABS-Sensorhalter,
2 Schrauben M 5 (SW 8)

ab.

Remove wheel hub with
disc brake
ATTENTION
Prior to starting repair work,
the vehicle must be secured
against rolling!
The service brake and par-
king brake must be released!
Loosen the hub cap from the
wheel hub and loosen the
wheel nuts.
Jack-up the axle until the tyres
are free.
Remove the wheel nuts and
pull the wheel off the wheel
hub.
Reset the brake and remove the
brake pads.
Remove the brake caliper by
first unscrewing the anchoring
screw and replacing it with a
mandrel. Then unscrew the
remaining screws and remove
the brake caliper (fig. 5101).
For axles with ABS, dismantle
the ABS sensor holder,
2 screws M 5 (SW 8)

Unscrew the axle nut.

Dépose du moyeu de
roue avec le frein à
disque
ATTENTION
Avant de commencer les
réparations, il faut caler le
véhicule pour l'empêcher
de rouler.
Le frein de service et de
stationnement doit être
desserré !
Desserrez le couvre-moyeu du
moyeu de roue et desserrez les
écrous.
Soulevez l'essieu jusqu'à ce
que les pneus soient dégagés.
Dévissez les écrous qui fixent
la roue et enlevez cette dernière
du moyeu.
Repoussez le frein et enlevez
les plaquettes.
Pour démonter l'étrier de frein,
dévissez d'abord la vis supé-
rieure et remplacez-la par une
goupille. Dévissez ensuite les
autres vis puis retirez l'étrier de
frein (figure 5101).
Sur les essieux avec ABS,
démontez le porte-capteur ABS
2 vis M 5 (SW 8)
(>12/2004 = M6 / SW 10)
(figure 5103).
Dévissez l'écrou.
