- After the drive unit has again been fastened to the ceiling resp. the wall, put the toothed driving belt (15) resp. the
chain in place and tighten it.
- Check all the functions according to the maintenance chart in chapter 4.2.1.
4.3.4

Replacing the motor unit

- Unscrew and remove the screws (77).
- Unplug the connectors of the motor and of the encoder circuit board on the control unit.
- Replace the motor unit and plug it into the control unit.
- Fasten the screws (77) and tighten the toothed belt (93) according to chapter 4.2.2.
- Tighten the screws (77) with 19 Nm.
4.3.5 Replacing the control module ASL-NETZ
- Unscrew the three screws (94). Fig. 52
- Carefully lift the transformer unit (9) from under the motor until the screws (95) of the transformer support can be
unscrewed.
- Detatch the supply lines from the control module ASL-NETZ (96).
- By means of the flat head screws (97), dismantle the transformer from the trnasformer support.
- Remount the exchange control module (96) and the transformer onto the transformer support, connect the supply
lines and fasten the transformer unit (9) within the drive unit by means of the screws (94). Fig. 50
