Mounting the short door driver and the toothed belt

- Screw the short door driver (17) onto the Halfen rail (29) of the door.
- Screw the first extremity of the toothed belt (15) with eight teeth into the short door driver (17), using the screws
(43).
- Starting from the short door driver (17), lead the toothed belt (15) around the drive unit (21) and the guide pulley
(16) and back to the short door driver (17).
- Adjust the length of the toothed belt (15) and clamp the short door driver (17). Fig. 14
Note:
Release the brake on the drive unit (21) in order to be able to fasten the toothed belt (15).
- Mount the hand guard (34), Fig. 11, on the drive unit (21). Also mount the hand guard (41) of the guide bearing
(16) and secure it with flat head screw (42). Fig. 13
- Adjust the tension of the toothed belt (15) on the take-up unit (35), Fig. 11, by means of the tension screw (39),
Fig. 12, until there is no more visible sagging of the belt. Then tighten the securing nut (40) and the Halfen screws
(37). Fig. 12
- Adjust the short door driver (17) in the horizontal and vertical sense so as to avoid a deflection of the toothed
belt (15).

Mounting the long door driver for bi-parting doors

- Extend the strap (44) up to the required height.
- Remove the clamping plate (45). Tighten the driver plate (46) horizontally above the upper side of the toothed belt.
- Close both wings precisely at the center of the door.
- Position the toothed belt (15) between the screws (47) and screw the clamping plate (45) against the driver plate
(46). Fig. 15
- The precision adjustement of the door center is made by shifting the long door driver (18) horizontal direction within
the Halfen rail (29).
