Note:
Fig. 21 and Fig. 22 show drive unit on the left; on the right side: mirror-inverted.
- Mark the position of the fixing holes parallel to the door.
- Drill the fixing holes 60 mm deep, using a ø10 drill.
2.4.4

Assembling the drive unit and the chain drive system

- Push the spacer block (27) onto the output shaft (4), the chamfer pointing towards the ball-bearing and the chain
pinion (26).
Attention:
Do not damage the serration toothing.
- Using the flat head screw M8 x 16 (33), tighten the spacer block (27), the chain pinion (26) and the countersunk
washer (32) on the output shaft (4).
- Place the sub-assembled chain drive system (23) onto the drive unit (21) and the chain around the chain pinion (26).
- Mount the chain drive system (23) by means of the hexgon countersunk bolts with double nip M8 x 14 (65).
- Slightly loosen screw (100).
