- Unscrew the screws (75) and (77) and release both toothed belts.
- Insert the gudgeon into the borehole of the output shaft (4) and screw out the flat head screw (89).
- Screw a hexagon head cap screw M8 x 25 or longer completely into the thread of the output shaft (4).
- Remove all the three hexagon socket screws (90).
- Using a plastic hammer, hit the hexagon head cap screw in the output shaft (4) until the pulley (91) comes loose
and it is possible to dismantle the output shaft (4).
- Replace the toothed belt (92).
- Remount the elements in the reverse order of the dismounting.
- Tighten both belts according to chapter 4.2.2.
