Inbetriebnahme
Hinweis:
Die erforderliche Netzsteckdose (Typ 13) soll in
etwa 500 mm Abstand neben oder hinter dem
Antriebskopf montiert sein. Ein Verlängerungs-
kabel ist nicht zulässig. Beachten Sie hierzu auch
unseren Aufkleber an der Haube:
Vor Abnahme der Haube, Netzstecker ziehen!
Einstellarbeiten am Antriebskopf bei entfernter Haube durch den
zuständigen Fachmann sind zulässig, da alle mit 230 V belegten
Bauteile Berührungsschutz besitzen und nach dem Trafo im
Antriebskopf eine Steuerspannung von 28 V anliegt (Kleinschutz-
spannung). Es ist trotzdem wichtig, mit grösster Sorgfalt zu
arbeiten!
4.1
Funktionskontrolle
Netzstecker in die Netzsteckdose stecken. Nach erstmaligem
Einstecken des Antriebes ist die Beleuchtung kurz eingeschaltet
(ca. 1 Sekunde). Nochmalige Kontrolle, ob der Transportschlitten
am Mitnehmer des Zahnriemens eingekuppelt ist.
4.2
Anschluss der Steuerung
Vor der Inbetriebnahme müssen folgende DIL-Schalter-Einstel-
lungen bzw. Anschlüsse vorhanden sein:
• Netzspannung 230 VAC ±10 % und träge Feinsicherung 5 A.
• Werden keine Sicherheitseinrichtungen angeschlossen, müs-
sen DIL-Schalter 1 + 3 auf ON gesetzt werden.
· Wird ein Servicetürschalter TS angeschlossen, muss DIL 1
auf OFF gesetzt werden.
· Wird eine Sicherheitsleiste DW angeschlossen, muss DIL 3
auf OFF gesetzt werden.
• Werden nachträglich Sicherheitseinrichtungen installiert, muss
eine neue Lernfahrt mit der neuen DIL-Schalter-Einstellung
durchgeführt werden.
• DIL-Schalter 2 muss immer auf ON gesetzt werden.
• DIL-Schalter 4 + 5 sind im Lernbetrieb immer auf ON zu set-
zen.
• An die Anschlussklemme DW kann eine geeignete Sicherheits-
leiste (Typ EMS/B 8,2 kΩ) angeschlossen werden.
• Der an die Anschlussklemme BT angeschlossene externe Ta-
ster muss offen sein.
• Für die Steuerleitungen TS, DW und BT müssen vom Netz
getrennte Leitungen vorgesehen werden.
• Der Netzanschluss muss gemäss den einschlägigen Normen
ausgeführt werden. Auf eine Fachgerechte Erdung ist zu ach-
ten.

Commissioning
Note:
The required mains plug socket (type 13) should be
mounted beside or behind the drive head, at a
distance of approx. 500 mm. The use of an extension
cable is not admissible. Please note the sticker on
the cover: Before removing the cover, pull out
the power plug!
After removing the cover, adjustments on the drive head can be
carried out by the authorized specialist, as all the components
carrying 230 V are protected against accidental contact, and after
the transformer there is a control voltage of 28 V in the drive head
(extra-low protection voltage). Nevertheless, it is important to
proceed with utmost care.
4.1
Functional checking
Plug the power plug into the mains plug socket. After the drive
mechanism is plugged in for the first time, the lighting is temporarily
switched on (for about 1 second). Check again if the sliding
carriage is coupled into the driver of the toothed belt.
4.2
Connection of the control unit
Prior to commissioning, the following DIL switch settings resp.
connections must be provided:
• Mains power supply 230 VAC ±10 % and sluggish fine-wire
fuse 5 A.
• If no safety devices are connected, DIL switches 1 + 3 must be
set to ON.
· If a service door switch TS is connected, DIL switch 1 must
be set to OFF.
· If a safety pressure edging DW is connected, DIL switch 3
must bet set to OFF.
• Should any safety devices be installed at a later date, a new
learning run must be carried out with the new DIL switch setting.
• DIL switch 2 must always be set to ON.
• In the learning mode, DIL switches 4 + 5 must always be set to
ON.
• An appropriate safety edging (type EMS/B 8,2 k Ω ) can be
connected to the connection terminal DW.
• The external key-button connected to terminal BT must be open.
• For the control lines TS, DW and BT it is necessary to provide
lines which are separated from the mains power supply.
• The connection to the mains power supply must be made in
accordance with the relevant standards. Make sure that the
earthing is carried out according to the respective rules.
