Geschwindigkeitseinstellung

Die Geschwindigkeit des Tores kann mittels Potentiometer auf
der Steuerung eingestellt werden.
Drehen im Uhrzeigersinn = Geschwindigkeits-Erhöhung
Drehen gegen Uhrzeigersinn = Geschwindigkeits-Reduzierung
Achtung:
Endanschlag des Potentiometers nicht überdre-
hen!
Warnung:
Die Torgeschwindigkeit soll so niedrig wie möglich
eingestellt werden, da dadurch bei Kollisionen mit
Personen/Sachen das Verletzungsrisiko/Beschä-
digung geringer ist.

Krafteinstellung

Wenn bei Einstellung des Tores ohne Erreichen der Endstellungen
der Antrieb umschaltet, reicht die Kraft nicht aus, um das Tor zu
bewegen Krafteinstellung bei Hindernisauflauf mittels Poten-
tiometer auf der Steuerung vornehmen.
Drehen im Uhrzeigersinn = Krafterhöhung,
Drehen gegen den Uhrzeigersinn = Kraftsenkung.
Achtung:
Endanschlag bei minimaler und maximaler Kraft
nicht überdrehen.
Die Kraft ist richtig eingestellt, wenn das Tor in der Abwärtsbewe-
gung in ca. 1 m Höhe eine Kraft von 100 bis max. 150 N aufweist.
Warnung:
Der Wert von 150 N darf nicht überschritten werden
(Personensicherheit ZH 1/494). Die Krafteinstellung
muss mittels einer Federwaage kontrolliert wer-
den.
Bei Holztoren beachten, dass diese durch Witte-
rungseinflüsse (Wasser, Schnee, Eis) schwerer
werden.
Bei einer Abwärtsbewegung des Tores und einem Hindernisauf-
lauf schaltet der Antrieb auf Stop und reversiert. Bei einer Auf-
wärtsbewegung des Tores und Hindernisauflauf schaltet der
Antrieb auf Stop.
4.8 Geräteschutz
Warnung:
Vor Austausch der Feinsicherung, immer den Netz-
stecker herausziehen!
Für einen optimalen Geräteschutz sind alle Geräte mit einer
Feinsicherung am Trafo ausgestattet. Beim Austauschfall nur den
gleichen Wert verwenden: 5,0 T A Sekundär.

Integrierte Beleuchtung

Nach einem Impuls schaltet die Beleuchtung nach 3 Minuten aus.
Warnung:
Beim Wechsel der Glühlampe (G4, 12 V/20 W) ist
vorher der Netzstecker herauszuziehen!

Adjustment of the speed

The speed of the door can be adjusted by means of the
potentiometer on the control.
Turning it clockwise increases the speed
Turning it counter-clockwise decreases the speed
Attention:
Do not exceed the limit of the potentiometer's end
stop!
Warning:
The door speed should be set as low as possible,
as this reduces the risk of injuries/damages in the
event of a collision with persons or objects.

Adjustment of the force

If during the adjustment of the door the drive mechanism is
reversed before reaching the end positions, this means that the
force for moving the door is insufficient
and corr ect the setting by means of the potentiometers on the
control unit. Turning clockwise = increase the force, turning
counter-clockwise = decrease the force.
Attention:
Avoid to to exceed the limits of the end stops when
applying the maximum and minimum forces.
The force is correctly adjusted if during the downward motion the
door leaf exerts a maximum force between 100 and 150 N at a
level of approx. 1 m.
Warning:
The value of 150 N must not be exceeded
(prescriptions ZH 1/494 regarding user safety).
The setting of the force must be checked by means
of a spring balance.
Do not forget that the weight of wooden door leaves
is increased by certain weather conditions (rain,
snow, ice).
If the door leaf encounters an obstacle during the downward
motion, it is stopped and reversed by the drive mechanism. If the
obstacle is encountered during the upward movement, the door
leaf is stopped by the drive mechanism.
4.8

Fuse protection

Warning:
Before replacing the fine-wire fuse, always pull
out the power plug!
In order to guarantee an optimal protection of the devices, all of
them are equipped with a fine-wire fuse on the transformer. When
replacing the fuse, make sure to use only a fuse of the same value,
i.e.: 5,0 T A secondary.
4.9

Integrated lighting

Upon receiving an impulse, the lighting is switched off with a
delay-time of three minutes.
Warning:
Before replacing the incandescent lamp (G4, 12 V/
20 W) pull out the power plug!
