Störungsbehebung
Sollte Ihre Toranlage einmal nicht funktionieren, überprüfen Sie
diese nach folgenden Gesichtspunkten:

Kontrolle / Behebungsmassnahme
Checking / remedy
• Prüfen ob Netzspannung anliegt.
• Sicherung am Trafo überprüfen.
• Check if the mains power supply is OK.
• Check the fuse on the trnsformer.
• Wenn bei gedrückter Sendertaste die LED-Kontrollleuchte nicht aufleuchtet, ist die
Batteriespannung zu klein. Batterie im Handsender austauschen (12 V Batterie).
• Überprüfen ob Codierung von Handsender und Funkempfänger-Print nach
Codierplan übereinstimmen.
• If the transmitter button is pushed but the LED indicator lamp does not light up,
this means that the battery voltage is insufficient. Replace the battery in the hand-
held transmitter (12 V battery).
• Check if the coding of the hand-held transmitter and of the radio receiver PCB
are compliant with the coding plan.
• Taster, Zuleitungen und Anschlussklemmen überprüfen.
• Kein Dauersignal und keine Fremdspannung zulässig.
• Check the key-buttons, the power supply cables and the connection terminals.
• No permanent signal and no external voltage are admissible.
• Krafteinstellung mittels Potentiometer auf der Steuerung erhöhen
(siehe Kapitel 3.5).
• Neu einrichten (siehe Kapitel 3.3).
• Increase the adjusted force by means of the potentiometers on the control unit
(see chapter 3.5).
• Repeat the setting-up procedure (see chapter 3.3).
• Torverriegelung überprüfen, ggf. entfernen.
• Transportschlitten ist nicht am Mitnehmer des Zahnriemens eingekuppelt.
• Notentriegelung überprüfen.
• The sliding carriage is not engaged into the driver of the toothed belt.
• Check the emergency unlocking mechanism.
• Tormechanik klemmt.
• Hindernis versperrt den Laufweg.
• Krafteinstellung zu gering (siehe Kapitel 3.5).
• An element of the mechanical part is jammed.
• The door movement is hindered by an obstacle.
• The force is set too low (see chapter 3.5).
• Netzstecker herausziehen.
• Abdeckhaube entfernen.
• Prüfen ob Glühlampe fest eingerastet ist.
• Halogenlampe austauschen (G4, 12 V/20 W).
• Pull out the power plug.
• Remove the covering.
• Check if the incandescent lamp is correctly plugged in.
• Replace the halogen lamp (G4, 12 V/20 W).

Troubleshooting
Should your door installation fail to operate, check the latter
according to the following criteria:

Before working on the drive mechanism when the
covering is removed, always pull out the power
plug!
