• Posizionarsi sulla linea di trapianto e tirare il freno
di stazionamento del trattore.
• Portare l'albero cardanico a 400 giri/min. per per-
mettere al compressore di riempire l'impianto
pneumatico.
• Attendere circa 2÷3 minuti affinchè l'impianto giun-
ga alla pressione ottimale visualizzabile sul mano-
metro (A) la quale deve essere compresa tra 7÷8,5
bar, oppure attendere che salga l'accatastatore dei
pannelli vuoti.
• Salire sopra la pedana tramite l'apposita scaletta e
premere il pulsante di START (6) sul caricatore (o
caricatori).
• Il carrello dell'elemento dopo 30 secondi dallo
START si porta in alto pronto per ricevere il pan-
nello, inserire il pannello come indicato in (Fig. 1)
ed accompagnarlo verso il basso (Fig. 2) fino ad
attivare, tramite gli appositi fermi, il ciclo di carico.
Mentre il caricatore svolge le varie operazioni, si può
verificare visivamente quando le piantine si stanno
esaurendo, oppure per una maggiore comodità
inserire subito un'altro pannello e lasciarlo cadere
così chè il caricatore al momento giusto se lo andrà
a prelevare, dopo che le pinze hanno fatto tre prelievi
di carico, la macchina è pronta.

• Position the machine on the transplantation line
and apply the tractor's handbrake.
• Adjust the cardan shaft speed to 400 rpm so that
the compressor fills the compressed air system.
• Wait about 2-3 minutes until the system reaches
the correct pressure. Check this either by using the
manometer (A), which should read 7-8.5 bar, or
wait until the empty panel stacker rises.
• Use the ladder to get onto the platform and then
press the START button (6) on the loader (or loa-
ders).
• 30 seconds after the START button has been pres-
sed, the element's carriage will be in a raised po-
sition, ready to receive the plate. Insert the plate
as shown (Fig. 1) and guide it down to the bottom
until it locks into place (Fig. 2) and the loading cycle
begins.
While the loader is operating, either check by eye
when the seedlings are about to run out, or simply
insert another plate at once and let it slide down so
that it will be ready in position for the loader. The
machine is ready when the pincers have taken three
loads.
