A macchina accesa:
• Dalla pagina MENU' DI PROGRAMMAZIONE pre-
mere il tasto (A), e si accede alla videata di (Fig. 1)
quindi inserire i valori corretti.
Sul campo (B) impostare la distanza tra una
•
riga e l'altra moltiplicando il valore rilevato per 4.
Esempio teorico da verificare: distanza tra una
riga e l'altra 30 mm × 4 = 120 mm (impostare con
il tastierino sul campo (B) il valore 120).
Sul campo (C) impostare il numero di righe del
•
pannello.
Sul campo (D) impostare il numero di colonne.
•
• Per adattare il valore del pannello alla macchina,
premere il tasto SIMULATION (E) e si entra nel
menù di simulazione, a questo punto inserire il
pannello vuoto nelle guide facendo attenzione che
vada ad appoggiare sui supporti (F).
• Premere START SIMULATION (G), il carrello inizie-
rà a scendere per gradini; in questa fase verificare
visivamente dalla parte posteriore che i perni de-
gli espulsori (H) siano allineati con il foro inferiore
dell'alveolo, questo per tutte le righe orizzontali del
pannello (Fig. 2).

WORKING SETTINGS
With the machine running:
• Open the PROGRAMMING MENU and press the
key (A) to access the page (Fig. 1) then enter the
relevant values.
In field (B) enter the distance between rows,
•
multiplying the indicated value by 4.
The following is an example calculation: the
distance between rows is 30 mm × 4 = 120 mm
(using the keypad, enter the value 120 in field (B)).
Enter the number of rows in the panel in field (C).
•
Enter the number of columns in field (D).
•
• To adjust the panel value to the machine, press
the SIMULATION key (E) to access the simulation
menu. Now place an empty panel between the gui-
des, making sure that it rests on the supports (F).
• Press START SIMULATION (G) and the carriage will
start stepping downwards. Now check visually from
behind that the expeller pins (H) are aligned with the
lower cell hole along all the horizontal rows on the
plate (Fig. 2).
