REGOLAZIONE FASATURA CATENARIA
La catenaria deve essere in fase con l'unità trapian-
tatrice in modo che i bicchieri risultino a 90° fra loro
questa operazione è possibile ruotando il sensore (A)
in senso orario o antiorario fino al raggiungimento
della posizione corretta, in caso contrario procedere
come segue:
VERIFICA FASATURA
• Accendere il trattore
• Portare la presa di forza in rotazione a un basso
numero di giri.
• Inserire sul trattore la spina 12 volt.
Verificare se è stata effettuata correttamente la fa-
satura premendo il tasto (B), la catena avanza di un
bicchiere, quindi verifcare se i bicchieri si trovano
ancora a 90° fra loro.
Durante le prove di posizionamento, ci può essere
uno scarto del 5%; la catenaria comunque lavora
ugualmente in modo corretto.
La regolazione di fasatura si effettua allentando il
bullone (C) con chiave da 13 mm.

CHAIN SYNCHRONISATION
The chain should be synchronised with the transplan-
ting unit so that the cups are at 90° to each other.
This can be achieved by turning the sensor (A)
clockwise or anti-clockwise until the positioning is
correct. Otherwise, carry out the following:
SYNCHRONISATION CHECK
• Start up the tractor
• Adjust the power takeoff speed to low.
• Insert the 12 volt plug on the tractor.
Check that synchronisation is correct by pressing key
(B) to advance the chain by one cup, following which
the cups should still be at 90° to each other.
When carrying out positioning tests, a wastage of 5%
or less means that the chain is working correctly.
Synchronisation is adjusted by loosening the bolt (C)
using a 13 mm spanner.
