ALBERO CARDANICO
Nelle varie posizioni di lavoro la lunghezza minima di
accoppiamento del cardano non deve scendere sotto
ai 180 mm. Nella posizione di massimo accoppia-
mento il cardano deve presentare ancora una corsa
di minimo 25 mm. Le misure su citate sono le giuste
regolazioni per far lavorare il cardano in sicurezza.
Assicurarsi che le forcelle terminali
dell'albero cardanico siano sempre in-
serite e ben bloccate. Assicurarsi sem-
pre che i bulloni di sicurezza (A) siano
sempre inseriti nei loro alloggiamenti apposita-
mente predisposti sugli alberi della presa di forza
sia del trattore che della macchina. Un bloccag-
gio sommario o mal eseguito dell'albero potreb-
be causarne lo sfilamento provocando seri dan-
ni alle cose e lesioni permanenti o addirittura la
morte alle persone.
COME REGOLARE L'ALBERO CARDANICO
Dopo aver attaccato la macchina ai tre punti del tratto-
re verificare abbassandola e alzandola con il sistema
di sollevamento che la lunghezza dell'albero car-
danico sia corretta. Qualora la lunghezza dell'albero
cardanico si rivelasse troppo corta provvedere alla
sua sostituzione con un albero di lunghezza maggiore.
Qualora si dovesse procedere all'acqui-
sto di un cardano più lungo rivolgersi al
Vostro rivenditore di fiducia specializza-
to che vi potrà consigliare sull'acquisto
di un cardano della stessa classe di potenza tra-
smissibile e con le stesse caratteristiche di quel-
lo più adatto alla Vostra applicazione. L'utilizzo di
un cardano non idoneo ne potrebbe compromet-
tere il corretto funzionamento.

CARDAN SHAFT
In the various operating positions, the minimum cou-
pling length of the cardan shaft must be at least 180
mm. In the maximum coupling position the cardan
shaft must have a minimum travel of 25 mm. These
measurements are the correct adjustments to operate
the cardan shaft in complete safety.
Make sure the end forks of the cardan
shaft are always inserted and locked
properly. Make sure the safety bolts (A)
are inserted in the housing specially
provided for the purpose on the PTO shaft of the
tractor and the machine. Careless or incorrect lo-
cking can cause these to slacken resulting in se-
rious damage to objects and permanent injuries
or even death to persons.

ADJUSTING THE CARDAN SHAFT
After fixing the machine at the three points of the
tractor, lower it and raise it by means of the lift system
to check that the cardan shaft length is correct. If the
cardan shaft is too short, replace it with a longer one.
If it is necessary to buy a longer shaft,
contact your specialist Dealer who can
recommend a shaft belonging to the
same transmissible power class and ha-
ving the same features as that most suited for
your applications. Using an unsuitable cardan
shaft can affect correct operation.
