CONTROLLO TENSIONE ELEVATA ALL'ACCENSIONE
All'avvio della macchina viene effettuato un controllo sull'alimentazione del sistema: se la tensione è superiore
a 16V sul pannello Touch Screen viene visualizzata la scritta "HIGH VOLTAGE" e la macchina si spegne non
appena viene rilasciato il pulsante di START.
HIGH VOLTAGE AT IGNITION CHECK
When the machine is started the system's power supply is checked: if the voltage is higher than 16V the writing
"HIGH VOLTAGE " appears on the Touch Screen panel and the machine switches off as soon as the START
button is released.
Allo spegnimento della macchina compare la seguente
pagina che comunica all'operatore che la macchina
si sta spegnendo ed allo stesso tempo effettua tutti i
salvataggi necessari.
SOSTITUZIONE TOUCH SCREEN O PLC
Nel caso di rottura, danneggiamento o malfunziona-
mento del Touch Screen o della SCHEDA MADRE,
il dispositivo guasto deve essere immediatamente
sostituito. Una volta rimosso il dispositivo danneggiato
una copia dei parametri rimane memorizzata all'inter-
no del dispositivo funzionante. Dopo la sostituzione
all'accensione della macchina viene visualizzata la
seguente pagina:

Premendo il tasto (A) si copia la memoria del Touch
Screen sulla SCHEDA MADRE.
Premendo il tasto (B) si copia la memoria della SCHE-
DA MADRE sul nuovo Touch Screen installato.

When you turn off the machine, the following page will
be displayed: it informs the operator that the machine is
turning off and is carrying out all the necessary backup.
TOUCH SCREEN OR PLC REPLACEMENT
In case of break, damage or malfunctioning of the
Touch Screen or OF THE MAINBOARD, the faulty
device must be immediately replaced. Once the
damaged device has been removed, a copy of the
parameters remains memorised inside the operating
device. After replacement, the following page is di-
splayed upon machine start-up:
By pressing (A) the Touch Screen memory is copied
on the MOTHERBOARD.
By pressing (B) the MAINBOARD memory is copied
on the newly installed Touch Screen.
