CONDIZIONI DI GARANZIA
Le macchine nuove sono coperte da ga-
ranzia per la durata di 12 mesi dalla data
di consegna all'utilizzatore finale.
Per la data di consegna fa riferimento la fattura di
acquisto, nella quale dovranno comparire sempre il
modello ed il numero di serie della macchina.
Per le parti non costruite negli stabilimenti della FER-
RARI, la garanzia è limitata a quanto concesso dal
fornitore.
Durante il periodo di garanzia la FERRARI si impe-
gna alla riparazione o sostituzione gratuita delle parti
difettose.
Gli accertamenti dei difetti e delle loro cause dovranno
essere eseguiti presso il nostro stabilimento di Strada
Squadri, 6 - 46040 GUIDIZZOLO (MN).
Le spese per eventuali sopralluoghi, eseguiti dalla
FERRARI, le spese di trasporto ed imballaggio delle
parti da riparare o sostituire, nonchè la manodopera
per il montaggio delle medesime, sono a carico del
compratore.
Le riparazioni o le sostituzioni di componenti con
parti non originali fanno decadere il diritto di garanzia,
questa decade inoltre in caso di interventi non riportati
nel manuale ed eseguiti senza nostra autorizzazione.
Sono escluse dalla garanzia le parti che per natura
o per destinazione sono soggette a deterioramento o
logorio o a cattiva manutenzione.
In nessun caso comunque l'Acquirente può pretendere
il risarcimento di danni, di qualsiasi natura o comun-
que insorti.
É obbligo del Cliente verificare che al momento della
consegna la macchina risponda a quanto richiesto
sul contratto e non abbia subito danni nel trasporto.
In tal caso non dovrà utilizzare la macchina e informare
entro 6 giorni la FERRARI o il fornitore.
La responsabilità si intende limitata alla sola riparazio-
ne o sostituzione di parti che a insindacabile giudizio
del Costruttore si dimostrassero non efficienti.
É esclusa la sostituzione integrale dell'apparecchia-
tura, e non si riconoscono richieste di qualsiasi risar-
cimento per danni eventualmente causati o mancata
produzione.

WARRANTY CONDITIONS
New
machines
12-month warranty valid from the date
of delivery to the end user.
For the date of delivery refer to the purchase invoice,
which must always give the model and serial number
of the machine.
For parts not made in the establishments of FER-
RARI, the warranty is limited to that granted by the
supplier.
During the warranty period FERRARIundertakes to
repair or replace faulty parts free of charge.
Verification of the faults and their causes must be
carried out at our factory at Strada Squadri, 6 - 46040
GUIDIZZOLO (MN).
The costs for any onsite inspections carried out by
FERRARI, transport and packing of the parts to be
repaired or replaced, as well as the labour for their
assembly are at the buyer's expense.
Repairs or replacements carried out with non-original
parts will result in loss of the warranty coverage, which
is also lost in case of interventions not given in the
manual and carried out without our permission.
The warranty does not cover those parts which by their
very nature or use are subject to deterioration or wear
or poor maintenance.
Under no circumstances can the Customer claim com-
pensation for damage, of any nature or for any reason.
It is the Customer's responsibility at the time the ma-
chine is delivered to check that it complies with that
required in the contract and that it has not suffered
any damage during transport.
In which case he must not use the machine and must
inform FERRARI or the supplier within 6 days.
Responsibility is understood to be limited to the repair
or replacement of parts which in the Manufacturer's
unquestionable judgement are found to be faulty.
Complete replacement of the equipment is excluded,
and no claims will be accepted for any damage pos-
sibly caused, or for lack of production.
