on page 128) is not raised. The operating screen (pos. 14) is displayed after
confirming this note screen and the pump becomes ready for operation.

Maintenance work
Checking the metering head screws
The tightening torques of the metering head screws are
attached to the pump heads using adhesive labels.
Furthermore, these are indicated in
11.4 'Installing the dosing valve in the correct position'
on page 162 and in chapter
torques' on page 185 .
Visual inspection: Check leak-tightness of connection parts
Visual inspection of metering lines
Check the suction and discharge lines for leakage-free
connection
Check the suction and pressure valves for dirt and tightness
Check the drain connection at the pump head (diaphragm
breakage)
Check the correct metering
Check the metering head screws
The tightening torques of the metering head screws are
attached to the pump heads using adhesive labels.

Carry out prescribed servicing needed due to material
dependency between pump and the chemicals used for the
pump. This occurs if a metering chemical has been set from
the database that is imported in the pump (
7.10.10.3 'Chemical selection from an integrated database'
on page 110).
