SECTION F3: Diagnostics
Use this table to diagnose and resolve basic problems. If a probe requires urgent retrieval from the
trophon2 device, follow SECTION F2: Manual Door Lock Override.
If the problem persists, contact your trophon2 representative
Symptom
There is no power to the
trophon2 device.
The screen is blank.
The chamber door will not open.
The chamber door will not close
or lock.

Check / action the following:
 The trophon2 device is completely plugged in and switched
ON at both the trophon2 device's power switch and at the wall
outlet.
 The correct power cable for your region is used.
 There is power to the trophon2 device.
 There is no HLD, warm up or purge cycle running.
 The probe is loaded correctly.
 There is nothing obstructing the chamber door or locking
mechanism.
