E 8- Qu´est-ce qui fait qu?

Solutions et remèdes
La suite décrit les erreurs les plus
courantes et leurs origines.
En cas de problèmes vérifiez ces
différents points.
Au cas ou le problème ne pourrait
être résolu au vu de la présente
liste, prenez contact avec le S.A. V.
FELDER.
- La machine ne démarre pas
- Inerrupteur principal branché?
- Interrupteur coup-de-poing déver-
rouillé?
- Mise en route au bon poste de
commande?
- Le sélecteur de fonction est-il sur
la bonne position?
- Les interrupteurs de fin de course
en bonne position?
Voir les points E3 à E6.
- Le réseau est-il sous tension? Véri-
fiez les fusibles et le disjoncteur au
tableau principal!
- Le moteur a-t-il été surchargé? Si
oui attendre que le Bi-relais soit
refroidi. (3-4 min.)
- Au démarrage le moteur bourdon-
ne et s´arrête automatiquement
- Une phase manque dans le circuit.
verifiez le branchement et les fusi-
bles.
- Le moteur semble bloqué, vérifiez
s´il tourne à vide.
- Vérifiez si les autres moteurs tour-
nent, si oui vérifiez le branchement
du moteur.
- La commande de l´interrupteur
principale déclenche le disjonteur
- Ce dernier est trop faible.
- Court-circuit dans la machine.
Vérifiez tous le câblage interne de
la machine.
Mettez vous en relation avec le
S.A.V. FELDER!
- La machine s´arrête d´elle-même
en cours de travaux
- Avez vous accidentellement
touché un bouton d´arrêt ou le
bouton coup-de-poing?
- Le moteur a-t-il été surchargé?
Dans ce cas laisser refroisir le Bi-
relais.
- Panne de réseau
- Défaut sur la machine
Mettez vous en relation avec le
S.A.V. FELDER!

Troubleshooting
The most frequent problems and
their solutions are listed below.
Check through these points if a pro-
blem occurs.
If you cannot correct the problem
using this list, please contact the
FELDER service department.
- Machine does not start.
- Main switch on?
- Emergency stop unlocked?
- Are you starting at the correct
switching location?
- Is the selection switch in the cor-
rect position?
- Are the limit switches (if present) in
the correct position?
See sections E3-E6.
- Do you have electrical power?
Check the circuit breaker!
- Was the motor overloaded?
If yes, wait until the thermorelay
cools down (3-4 min.).
- After starting, the motor hums and
immediately switches off again
automatically.
- One phase is missing in the power
supply. Check the connection and
circuit breaker.
- The motor is blocked. Check that it
turns freely.
- Try starting another assembly. If
that runs, check the leads of the
problem motor.
- The circuit breaker trips immedia-
tely after turning on the main
switch.
- Circuit breaker is too weak.
- Internal machine short-circuit. As
far as possible, check whether all
cables inside the machine are OK.
Contact the FELDER service
department!
- The machine shuts down unex-
pectedly while running.
- Did you inadvertently press an off
switch or emergency stop button?
- Was the motor overloaded?
If yes, wait until thermorelay cools.
- Power is out.
- Internal machine defect.

Fehlersuche und Behebung
Im Folgenden sind die häufigsten
Fehler und deren Ursache ange-
führt.
Prüfen Sie im Fehlerfall die ange-
führten Punkte durch .
Falls der Fehler anhand dieser Liste
nicht behoben werden kann, setzen
Sie sich bitte mit der FELDER-Servi-
ceabteilung in Verbindung.
- Maschine läßt sich nicht starten
- Hauptschalter ein ?
- Not-Aus entriegelt ?
- Starten Sie bei der richtigen
Schaltstelle ?
- Ist der Wahlschalter in der richti-
gen Position ?
- Sind die Endschalter (falls vorhan-
den) in der richtigen Position ?
Siehe dazu Punkt E3 - E6.
- Ist die Stromversorgung vorhanden
Vorsicherung prüfen !
- Wurde der Motor überlastet ?
Wenn ja, abwarten bis Bi-Relais
abgekühlt ist . (3-4 min.)
- Nach dem Starten brummt der
Motor und schaltet sofort wieder
selbsttätig aus.
- In der Stromversorgung fehlt eine
Phase. Anschluß und Vorsiche-
rung prüfen.
- Der Motor ist blockiert. Freilauf
prü-
fen.
- Anlauf eines anderen Aggregates
probieren. Wenn das funktioniert
die Motorzuleitung des defekten
Motors überprüfen.
- Nach Einschalten des Hauptschal-
ters fällt sofort die Vorsicherung
- Vorsicherung zu nieder dimensio-
niert
- Maschineninterner Kurzschluß.
Prüfen Sie soweit es geht ob alle
Kabel im Maschineninnenraum in
Ordnung sind.
Setzen Sie sich mit der FELDER-
Serviceabteilung in Verbindung !
- Maschine schaltet während dem
Lauf unerwartet aus
- Sind Sie unbeabsichtigt an einen
Aus-Taster oder den Not-Aus Pilz
gestoßen ?
- Wurde der Motor überlastet ?
Wenn ja, warten bis Bi-Relais kalt
- Stromversorgung ist ausgefallen
- Maschineninterner Fehler
Setzen Sie sich mit der FELDER-
Serviceabteilung in Verbindung !
