K9.3- Coupe avec table
coulissante
Cette opération est réalisée avec
l´option table coulissante fixé au
chariot coulissant, soit en poussant,
soit en tirant.
Voir photo 21 et 22.
La table coulissante est indispens-
able pour le débit de grands pan-
neaux bruts ou stratifiés.
Dans ce cas des coupes d´angle au
guide à 90° sont aisément réalisab-
les.
La lame pourra être réglée entre 90°
et 45°. L´opération pourra être effec-
tuée avec ou sans inciseur.
Réglez la hauteur de lame en fonc-
tion de l´épaisseur de la pièce à usi-
ner.
L´avantage du procédé "en pous-
sant" augmente la longueur de
coupe disponible.
Les équipements complèmentaires
par exemple le guide lourd pour
pièce jusqu´à 2500 mm sont pré-
sentés dans le catalogue d´acces-

K9.3- Cutting panels with the
bracket-arm table
This task is performed with the
optional bracket-arm table. It is atta-
ched to the sliding table at the lea-
ding or trailing edge of the workpie-
ce.
The bracket-arm table is necessary
for cutting large-sized panels, lami-
nated or unlaminated.
Of course, angled cuts can also be
performed here with the 90° fence.
The sawblade can be either vertical
or tilted to any angle. The task can
be performed with or without the
slitting unit.
Adapt the sawblade height over the
table to the workpiece thickness.
The advantage of mounting the
bracket-arm table at the leading
edge of the workpiece is to obtain a
longer length of cut.
Refer to the FELDER accessory
catalog for additional aids e.g., the
heavy crosscut fence for workpieces
up to 2500 mm wide!

Auslegertisch
Dieser Arbeitsgang wird mit dem
optionalen Auslegertisch, der
schub- oder stoßseitig am Schiebe-
tisch befestigt wird, durchgeführt.
Siehe Abb. 21 und 22.
Der Auslegertisch ist notwendig für
das Schneiden von großflächigen
Platten, beschichtet oder unbe-
schichtet.
Natürlich können auch hier wieder-
um Winkelschnitte mit dem 90°-
Anschlag gemacht werden.
Das Kreissägeblatt kann entweder
gerade stehen oder auf einen belie-
bigen Winkel geschwenkt werden.
Der Arbeitsgang kann mit oder ohne
Vorritzer durchgeführt werden.
Passen Sie den Sägeblattüberstand
über dem Tisch der Werkstückdicke
an.
Der Vorteil der stoßseitigen Monta-
ge des Auslegertisches ist eine
größere Schnittlänge.
