F7.8.4- Trappe de protection
d´accés et protecteur
Euro pour le travail au
guide
Votre machine est équipée en fonc-
tion du pays de destination d´une
trappe de protection d´accés et pro-
tecteur Euro pour le travail au guide.
Ces protections ont une double
motivation.
L´utilisateur est protégé d´un
contact intempestif de l´outil en
rotation, et la pièce à toupiller est
guide et maintenu sur sa trajectone
en sécurité au niveau de l´outil.
Le protecteur Euro est fixé sur la
trappe de protection d´accés et
peut être degagé par basculement
de la trappe vers l´arrière pour
l´opération de changement d´outil.
Voir photo 14. Pour cela tournez les
2 boutons de blocage A vers la gau-
che et soulevez en même temps le
couvercle de trappe pour le bascu-
ler vers l´arrière.
Avant de remettre la machine en
service il vous faudra refermer la
trappe et régler le protecteur Euro.
En refermant la trappe il convient de
s´assurer que les 2 systèmes de blo-
cage H situés sous les boutons A
verroullent bien la trappe d´accés.
La tôle F formant presseur horizon-
tal et le patin-presseur vertical D
doivent être reglés de manière à ce
qu´une tension de 3-4 mm du patin-
presseur vertical D et 10-20 mm de
pression horizontale appliquent bien
la pièce de bois à toupiller contre la
table et les guides.
Le réglae s´effectue par coulisse-
ment des colliers K. Le réglage sera
effectué par blocage des boutons S.

F7.8.4- Contact guard and Euro-
shaper guard
Your machine is equipped with a
contact or Euro-shaper guard,
depending on your country's fea-
tures.
These protective devices fulfill two
purposes.
The operator is protected from inad-
vertantly touching the rotating tool
and the workpiece is safely guided
and pressed against the tool.
The shaper guard is mounted to the
shaper fence lid. They can be tilted
back together to change the tool.
See fig. 14.
To do this, turn both stopping knobs
to the left, simultaneously lift the
shaper fence lid and rotate it back-
wards.
To work with the machine, you must
reclose the lid and adjust the shaper
guard.
When closing the lid, you must
always be sure that the two locking
bolts H snap securely into place on
the shaper fence, thereby securely
closing the shaper fence lid.
The horizontal pressure spring F and
the vertical pressure shoe D must
be set so the pressure shoe vertical-
ly presses the workpiece by 3-4 mm
against the table, and horizontally by
approx. 10-20 mm against the
straightedges.
Adjustment is performed by sliding
the crosspieces K. The settings are
fixed via the clamping screws S.

Frässchutz
Ihre Maschine ist je nach Länder-
ausstattung mit einem Zugriffs- oder
Eurofrässchutz ausgestattet.
Diese Schutzeinrichtungen erfüllen
zwei Zwecke.
Der Bediener ist vor unabsichtli-
chem Zugriff zum rotierenden Werk-
zeug geschützt und das Werkstück
wird sicher am Werkzeug vorbeige-
führt und angedrückt.
Der Frässchutz ist auf dem Fräsan-
schlagdeckel festgeschraubt und
kann zum Werkzeugwechsel mit die-
sem nach hinten abgeschwenkt
werden.Siehe Abb.14.
Dazu drehen Sie die beiden Arretier-
schrauben A nach links, heben
gleichzeitig den Fräsanschlagdeckel
an und schwenken ihn nach hinten
ab.
Zum Arbeiten mit der Maschine
müssen Sie den Deckel wieder
schließen und den Frässchutz ein-
stellen.
Beim Schließen des Deckels müs-
sen Sie unbedingt darauf achten,
daß die beiden Arretierschrauben A
sicher im Fräsanschlag einge-
schraubt sind und der Fräsan-
schlagdeckel somit wieder fest
geschlossen ist.
Die horizontale Druckfeder F und
der vertikale Druckschuh D müssen
nun so eingestellt werden, daß das
Werkstück vertikal mit einer Vor-
spannung des Druckschuhs von 3-
4mm an den Tisch, und horizontal
mit ca. 10-20mm gegen die Lineale
gepresst wird.
Die Einstellung erfolgt durch Ver-
schieben der Kreuzteile K. Mit den
Klemmschrauben S werden die Ein-
stellungen fixiert. Siehe Abb.15.
