K9.2- Coupes au guide à 90°
L´opération s´effectue avec le cha-
riot coulissant.
Le guide à 90° servira de butée pour
la pièce et pourra être réglé dans
une plage de +45° à -45°. Pour les
coupes à longueur le guide sera
réglé à 90° contre la butée.
La lame pourra être réglee entre 90°
et 45°.
L´opération pourra être effectuée
avec ou sans inciseur.
Réglez la hauteur de lame en fonc-
tion de l´épaisseur de la pièce.
Posez la pièce sur le chariot coulis-
sant, contre les butées du guide à
90°.
Appuyez avec les 2 mains la pièce
contre le chariot coulissant et pous-
sez celui-ci doucement et régulière-
ment le long de la lame, jusqu´en
bout de coupe. Les doigts seront
serrés et le pousse vers l´interieur du
guide à 90°

K9.2- Cuts with the 90° fence
This task is performed with the sli-
ding table. The workpiece rests
against the 90° fence which can be
continuously set to a cutting angle
between -45° and +45°. In addition,
the lateral stop can be set on the
90° fence to simultaneously cut to
length. The sawblade can be either
vertical or tilted to any angle. The
task can be performed with or with-
out the slitting unit.
Adjust the sawblade height above
the table to the workpiece thickn-
ess.
Lay the workpiece in front of the 90°
fence on the sliding table and butt it
against the lateral stop and the front
of the fence.
Press the workpiece with the fingers
of both hands against the sliding
table and push the sliding table slo-
wly and at a constant speed forward
until the workpiece is completely
cut. The fingers must be closed and
the thumbs rest on the 90° fence.

K9.2- Schnitte mit 90°-Anschlag
Dieser Arbeitsgang erfolgt mit dem
Schiebetisch. Als Werkstückan-
schlag dient der 90°-Anschlag mit
dem
der Schnittwinkel von -45° bis +45°
stufenlos eingestellt werden kann.
Zusätzlich kann zum gleichzeitigen
Ablängen der Queranschlag am
90°-Anschlag eingestellt werden.
Das Kreissägeblatt kann entweder
gerade stehen oder auf einen belie-
bigen Winkel geschwenkt werden.
Der Arbeitsgang kann mit oder ohne
Vorritzer durchgeführt werden.
Passen Sie den Sägeblattüberstand
über dem Tisch der Werkstückdicke
an.
Legen Sie das Werkstück vor den
90°-Anschlag auf den Schiebetisch
und schlagen es gegen den Queran-
schlag und die vordere Werkstück-
anlage an.
Drücken Sie das Werkstück mit den
Fingern beider Hände gegen den
Schiebetisch und schieben Sie ihn
langsam und mit konstanter
Geschwindigkeit vor, bis das Werk-
stück völlig abgeschnitten ist.Die
Finger sind dabei geschlossen zu
halten und der Daumen liegt am
90°-Anschlag an
